Stayed here for second time to visit family. Very good and will stay again especially at the price I had from booking.com.Less expensive than travel inn with more facilities too. Very warm room with no individual air control. Had to have window open.

Its a normal level hotel in Runcorn. It go very nice beer drinking and football watching facilities, beer price if fair. Its needed to keep in mind that the hotel is quite in lonely place - there are no shops or other pubs around. Anyway, for 3 pounds by taxi you can reach all Runcorn places, so its generally not a big problem. Also breakfast price is quite high.

Staff very friendly, first impresion very nice The room and en suite were shabby and looked like a referb wouldn't go amis, although the shower itself was excellent, only 2 sachets of coffee and nowhere near enough milk and no biscuits, I work away from home all week and live in cheap hotels, I feel that I could have had this quality of room for a third of the price, don't bother ordering the breakfast, we went at 8.45 and the food was cold and hard, they cook far to much at a time and the coffee was poured from a pot at the table and had gone stale, fresh coffee please!!!

I liked the fact that there was a fridge installed in the room I did not like the fact that there were no biscuits with the tea & coffee facilities or the fact that the internet connection facility in the hotel room was not provided free of charge. I also did not like the fact that there were no large bath towels provided in the hotel room.

The gym and pool facilities are easily accessible to all residents. Stayed at the hotel to see family locally but made use of the facilities while we were there.

The breakfast was excellent spot on my compliments to the chef had a lovely experience would stay here again very clean very spacious bedrooms very clean and bathrooms are spotless the quilts could do with being a bit thicker as the curtains block the heat of in the room so not very warm apart from the bedding issue everything else was spot on staff very good couldn,t be any friendlier if they tried they are very good on reception so helpful and breakfast staff in the dining room were lovely asked if we were ok and if we wanted tea and coffee which is a nice touch to the service they are so committed to what they do
