das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Heathrow-Express-Station und zum Zentrum von London; Hotel liegt im Leinster Garden in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend; sehr schwaches Frühstück; für Schinken oder Ei hätte man separat bezahlen müssen; Internet war vorhanden, aber Drucker war defekt; beim Lift dauerte es oft sehr lange, bis die Tür öffnete; |

Frühstück für engl. Verhältnisse sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, weil als Twin gebucht, es war aber ein Dreibettzimmer. Kühlschrank am Zimmer. Sehr sauber, gut funktionierende Dusche und Sanitäranlagen in einem sehr großen Badezimmer. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. An einer ruhigen Strasse gelegen und trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig (ca. 7 Minuten zur U-Bahn). Knarrende Böden im ganzen Haus. Lärm aus dem Nachbarraum immer um ca. 23h00 (war kein Hotelzimmer sondern irgend ein Abstellraum. |

Das Malayische Restaurant welches zum Hotel gehört ist sehr gut und bietet original malayische (indonesische) Spezialitäten an. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und verhältnismässig teuer,was aber für London nicht unüblich ist. |

This hotel is situated perfectly in the middle of Bayswater. You have a peaceful area with the great connections to everywere. The stuff was friendly and helpping in any ways. When we arrived the floor carpet was wet. The room was moist like an aquarium. We could only sleep badly with window open. There is no air condition in the room. All tought it was OK. It was old and used but good enough for our use. |

there was no higher building next to hotel so view from our room was nice. I understand the hotel is old but didn't like that it makes sounds when we walk in the room. |

Over the course of 8 days, the hotel staff was continually discourteous. The service was appalling. I called the front desk to ask what the weather forecast was for the day and was told to go buy a newspaper! |

Bayswater is a good location although this hotel is a little far from the tube Our room was like a sauna (a fan was supplied but still it was stuffy) and the toilet was blocked. |

Good value for the money. Clean . Very close ( 300 mtr) to underground Circle line and Central . Close to mini Chinatown Queensway Breakfast very simple and every day the same. Some too hard bed. |

Near city centre.Easy access to transport method such as trains, buses and taxis.Many shops, restaurants and banks at nearby area. Room was a little bit too small. |

The single room I had was still of a decent size and the ensuite bathroom was also of good size - rare in London at the rate charged. Very clean, comfortable, quiet - just what I was after. |

The restaurant (Lagenda) is very good. The location is quite close to the tour bus station on the main road (bayswater rd). Slightly far away from the tube station - it is a bit hard to walk with smaller children. Many other hotels surrounding the tube station in bayswater area. |

Hospitality is great and the manager a jolly good helpful fellow. Rooms cleaned every day as it should be and repairs were most prompt and satisfactory. Restaurant serves excellent meals but lacks variety in choice. Overall better than other hotels I've stayed at in the same area.. They want money upfront... made me feel very uncomfortable. Having booked the hotel through credit cards why would they need upfront payment. Is it because they think there guests will run away without paying... Hotel Management should seriously look into this issue and make there guests feel comfortable. |

Hotel válido para estancias cortas. Buena relación calidad-precio. Está muy próximo a varias estaciones de metro y a Hyde Park, lo que facilita su conexión con los principales puntos. Está en una calle tranquila, pero a un paso de la zona de Queesway, calle con muchos comercios, restaurantes y tiendas 24 horas. La habitación no es muy espaciosa, pero si esta limpia y tiene luz. El suelo de la habitación es de la típica moqueta inglesa. El desayuno correcto, pero el café malísimo, lo cual no es una novedad en Londres. Solo un ascensor para 3 personas en todo el hotel. |
