A very pleasant stay. We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely come back! Bedroom was very clean, excellent size, the bed was extremely comfortable! Swimming pool was quite nice and was open everyday till 11pm. Gym is not big, but has everything u would need for a work out. the location is between train station and city centre with served quite well. But there others right in the city Center if you'd prefer that (Marriott, radinson...) but they are a bit further away from train station. Overall a very nice hotel, and good value for money. you'll not regret!
Price of Breakfast could be a little less.
The hotel location is perfect if your aming to be close to the shopping centre, only 20 minutes walk. The place itself is modern, clean and everything is very smart and professional looking, the rooms are spacious and warm. The staff are nice and friendly.
The purpose of our trip was a day of shopping and a quiet dinner. Went back to the hotel at 10:30 to come to a very loud music, our room happen to be right underneath a Xmas party celebration, which we were not a part of. Not very thoughtful to be given a room on this floor. The music didn't stop until 1am and it was so noisy that I Shazamed one of the songs and it recognized it!
Staff were nice and friendly and the rooms were really nice
Thought the spa facilities would have included sauna and jacuzzi
Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful.
Did not like the fact that the two beds did not have separate lighting so could not read whilst my sister slept.
The staff were extremely helpful.
Only down side was poor lighting in room, staff kindly lent another lamp for getting ready.
Poor lighting Bathroom was down side, black and pinky mould around bottom of shower screen was really bad and not been cleaned properly.
Highly professional staff at all levels, especially in restaurant 7 at breakfast. it all worked without fuss.
tepid water in room sink (259)
good sized room nespresso machine
Nice quiet hotel. Comfortable room with 2 double beds! No double glazing so room cold without air-con, but plenty warm enough with it on. Good location - a ten minute walk to plenty of bars and restaurants on the quayside. Slightly further to Cabot Circus shopping area. The bus to Cribbs Causeway stops right outside.
We didn't eat in the restaurant as we weren't inspired by the menu.
Breakfast was good
Room was crap, dirty, dusty, en-suite was dated and dirty. Room very dusty, obviously dim lighting helps. Will never stay in another one. For a one nighter Premier Inn far better quality and cheaper.
Easy access and not too far from City centre and attractions
Service at breakfast slow and seemed to run out of items and not replenish them promptly, if at all.
Location Speed of check-in and check out Comfort of room Free Wi-Fi bar/lounge facilities
Low water pressure in the shower
A good size bedroom.
Breakfast wasn't warm. Hair dryer had no nozzle.
All of it thanks
Pool Gym Bar was excellent both food and drinks Room was super great coffee
Accommodation was superb and the staff were extremely helpfull. No hesitation in recommending this hotel and given the opportunity will stay there again.
There was nothing we disliked.
parking- no issue with cost but availability and not able to pre book
the pool was nice and hot
The room was a very good size, with 2 comfortable double beds. Large bathroom, well located room away from the road. Good selection for breakfast.
bathroom was minimalist in the extreme - room on rail for one bath towel, nowhere for hand towel or 2nd bath towel. No shower cap, not good if you don't want to wash hair. One pillow was bloodstained (about the size of a 5p), easily seen through the pillow case. Signage for our room (I think it was 373) very poor by the lifts
Size of room. Location of Hotel. Breakfast was good.
The lighting in the room was a bit to dark
The fact that the twin rooms has 2 double beds plus the room was clean & spacious. The staff were very friendly & helpful & catered to any request we had. The hotel was literally a 2min walk from the Waterfront & its bars but located in a quiet enough area. Loved the fact I travelled with a group of lads & the receptionist informed us that there were 'Xmas parties' also staying in the hotel & apologised for any noise the parties might make. Also free Wi-fi throughout our stay!!
Room was really nice, modern bathroom, TV and coffee machine very big! I think we got an upgrade to a superior room though. Even though the pool isn't huge it's still lovely to swim in.
The room service wasn't very good quality and some of it was cold when it arrived. Very expensive for what it was, and they charge an additional £5 fee to bring it up!
Location. Large rooms
Car park cramped and difficult to find
The wifi is a bot hot and miss which isn't good if you are on business.
Excellent location with lovely views of St. Mary's in the front. The room was spacious and well arranged. Had a wonderful stay!
