We liked the quality of the room and especially the bathroom. The reception staff were very helpful Whilst the buffet breakfast was quite comprehensive it was spoilt by obviously sitting under the lights and drying out and also was not very warm. |

Close to harbour and quiet room Breakfast was not up to the standard-lack of fresh fruit and alternatives to 'full english' I like fish for breakfast! Coffee was dreadful. |

very helpful staff, good breakfasts and comfortable bedrooms. The hotel was in a good spot for central Bristol, and we did not need to use public transport. Pool was very relaxing after a long day on our feet. Not enough chairs in the room; there were four of us and no provision was made for that in terms of seating, toiletries and towels. The pool female changing area was not very clean, no privacy apart from the shower cubicle to change in afterwards. |

The swimming pool. Housekeeping did not attend to our request for extra milk. The hot items for breakffast were only lukewarm. Tea and coffee should be poured at the table to avoid accidents. |

The room was very spacious with a lovely shower. Although the pool was quite small it was good to have this facility on site. The hotel was within walking distance of the city centre and Temple Meads station. We had breakfast at peak time and it was very crowded. The tables were very close together, but the food was fine. |

The close proximity to the city centre and the spa As it was a weekend, I was disturbed by the maids wishing to clean the room, it was around 9 am on the Saturday and was 7.45 am on the Sunday morning !! |

Theatre ,sightseeing and shopping. The dining room was stuffy and hot and cramped due to only using half of the tables as directed by staff. The hotel was very stuffy throughout due to lack of opening windows. The toilet paper was very poor. |

I could not compliment the hotel and its staff highly enough. From the moment of our arrival to the moment we left there wasn't a single cause for complaint. |
