Price competitive for West London this time of year
Room not big enough to swing a cat. Width almost filled by double bed and length not much longer. Window did not lock. Shelf in en-suite sitting on floor. Main floor damaged. Woken every morning at 7.30 by breakfast room preparation next door.
room clean and friendly staff
The location was ideal for the purpose of the trip, very near the venue we were visiting.
The rooms were tiny. Barely enough room for two people. The cups provided in the the room were badly cracked and chipped. The bathroom featured a shower/ wet room, very difficult to use without soaking everywhere. Expensive for what it was, wouldnt use again.
Room had everything expected in a hotel room, clean toilet & shower. the room smelled nice and fresh. clean room with safe a minibar. staff were very helpful polite. very good location
room on the second floor and no lift. If you have lagguage it will be a mission. room is tight fit, but not too bad.
clean sheets, location.
filthy carpet a fridge that gurgled all night tiny room camp bed way too expensive for what it is
Location was ok for the carnival and the lady in breakfast room very polite
Room too small, dirty walls, dirty shower room with no shower curtain and disgusting taps, didnt use as was that bad, door in bathroom wooden and damp, tv no channels, poor lighting. Would definitely not stay there again.
Lack of storage space in romm
Attitude. They promised to give us a good room. We checked in before d time and just kept our bageges in their loker room.we informed them that we will come back late nite aroubd 11.00pm. When me and my wife retuned, they have just given us a very small room were you can't even keep the bageges insideand the door was not in a condition to lock. We were very tired after whole day shoping and they never excepted that they have treted us in the wrong way till I refused to stay in that room and get out from hotel. I was help less for the first time with my wife in a such a nice country which I found very honest and helpful set of people.Once I told them that I am going to complain community police, entire story chabged and they give us a good room.
Proximity to Olympia Conference Centre. 24/7 Access.
Rooms are VERY small with nowhere to put your luggage except the floor. Breakfast Room was well appointed but far too small to accommodate number of guests. Almost impossible to sleep beyond 6am due to traffic noise, my room was at the front on Holland Road which is VERY busy.
The location is excellent although it's a 20 min walk to the nearest Tubestation
We went to our double room and found out that there wasn't enough room to even place 3 small suitcases on the floor. You'd have to place them on the bed to open them and probably sleep with them too. We then asked for a change of room and were shown two rooms. The first was in the basement. This was tiny too, with a strong smell of dampness. There was an open shower which means water would be all over the floor after using it. There was a dusty dirty fan on the wall spreading dust all over the place. Then I asked for my money back so we could go to another hotel. We were refused a refund, even though we hadn't used the room at all! This is unacceptable and verging on fraud. Then we were asked to sleep in a slightly larger room, but this had no windows at all, just a skylight that was screwed tight so it couldn't open. For ventilation there was a dirty, musty air-conditioning unit and you really felt that the air was filthy and also the room was very smelly too, it was hard to breath as the air was very heavy. We had to sleep there the 1st night and were promised a much better room the next day. So in the morning we were moved to another ground floor double, which was really tiny, our suitcases had to be upright to fit in the room, and they had to be opened on the bed. The toilet drains were so smelly that we had to bleach them ourselves, and when I complained about this, the cleaner instead of apologising had the nerve to tell me that there had never been a problem in the last 7 years... There was no air conditioning, the fan was dirty, and we had to open the lower part of the sash window to get enough air into the room, (as well as insects), and also worry about the danger that anyone off the street could just climb in through the window. Also the small fridge plug was broken and so we had to switch it off until the next day, when an electrician came to fix it.
The location is good, just 3m walk from Kensington (Olympia)station, 15 from Shepherds Bush. Nice neighbour hood. Nice walk to Knightsbridge area. Ok breakfast, do the job. Comfy beds, soft and clean bath towels and bedclothes, good pillows, good shower, quiet area. Nice pub just around the corner.
The room was very small, the shower room didn't have division from the toilet seat, making all wet. The toilet wooden door gets wet and the mould start to drip. Needs fixing No free internet access, could be at least limited free access.
not like bad
matress very bad no nice very dirte
Location for Holland Park . Price OK for what you get
Single room was so tiny . Bathroom door wouldnt open fully because of close proximity of the very small single bed !
Location for train, tubes and bus
Very small rooms
Our room was facing the basement! the toilets where blocked and the shower was above the toilet ... literally. You need to stand beside the toilet to shower and the drains flooded the place is on a nice area close to the station, but our windows are facing the rubbish bags from the hotel. at the reception was boxes until the ceiling was almost to enter the hotel with our bags and beside the fact we need to drag our cases down to the basement the reception desk was busy checking at his facebook page and could not care to help us. Terrible.
The free breakfast had toast, cheese, cereal, juice, coffee. The rooms were pretty much what a friend and I needed, two twin beds and a small bathroom, outlets, no major complaints. Nothing fancy.
Wifi costs way too much.
Location is very convenient for travelling both to west and central london.
It was clean, and the room had a little fridge
Lights didn't work. The continental breakfast was really plain and cheap,
The location was perfect for a gig at Shepherds Bush, only a 15 minute walk, if you know the way
The single room was very small and in the basement. Needed some attention to the room, very basic. It was OK for just one night but for me, I would go elsewhere if staying longer. Didn't find the hot water....
You have to pay for wifi connection and isn't at good price
I booked last minute, I realise Wimbledon was on during this period but the price of this room has been inflated by at least 300% Whether this was greed on your part or the hotels, it saddens me that you choose to take advantage of the high demand in such an extreme way! I understand the laws of supply and demand but To be charged 247 pounds for a single room that normally sells for under 100 just because it's the last one does not feel ethical.
Decent breakfast cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast/jam, cheese, juice, tea/coffee.
NO free wifi, no lift, very small rooms.
Location was good Breakfast was fine
Room decor was not great.
