Holland Court Hotel  

The Hotel is very centraly and in a very nice area.

They charge money for every extra like a charger converter. I'll never use it again but I had to buy it. It would be better if I only could rent it for the days I stayed in London.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Receptionist was very helpful.

Breakfast was very limited.

Bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and kind.

Bed mattress was thin and cheap. Walls were paper thin.

The electricity went off in the morning so could not have showers. Some of the party were put on the basement. The beds were like something from a tent they were like campbeds. Was a disgrace.

- Cheap metal beds that are uncomfortable and terrible to sleep on. - Paper thin walls so you can hear every sound in other room - Rubbish bags and dirty plates lying outside the lift for hours on end - Paint peeling off the walls. - Booked 1 week, change hotel after the first night - Very poor "hotel"

I liked the central location and easy access to public transport. The room was clean, warm and well apponted. The shower room was modern and clean. Breakfast was good and in a relaxed environment.

Not good enought for a 3 star hotel. need some TLC and new Decor.

Friendly receptionist

Your food lounge was too small and dangerous and food was minimalist if I can put it in words, there was no egg or cheese left when we wanted to eat also no more available I have no idea how you still have customers come back to you.

Everything else. A filthy dirty dump.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were recently refurbished and made the room look more expensive than you pay for. Breakfast was decent. High Street Kensington underground is maybe 15 minutes by foot.

The corridors and stairs are very narrow but it's not a big problem.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The reception staff were friendly.

There were blankets on the bed and not a duvet. There was no remote control for the TV. The breakfast room was very cramped and not that clean.

Amazingly small room without space to put the luggage. 15 minutes from the nearest underground station. Terrible breakfast.

Self-service breakfast was great

Location was great and overall it was good value for money. The bathroom was nice and clean and the room had a really high ceiling.

The bed wasn't comfortable. Furniture was oddly placed and old, TV didn't have a remote and the floor parquet was a bit uneven. Poor selection of food (only eggs or toast) at the breakfast buffet.

Kensington on a serious budget, great location and very good staff. Excellent for an exhibition on a low budget.

Can be noisy, breakfast room is a miniture and very basic indeed, but this is a budget hotel, I would return.

There was no remote control for the telivision.

close to shepards bush underground for easy access into london

Perfect location, small but clean rooms. Great for the price.

Staff was totally unfriendly! Internet is way to expensive and most of the time it doesn' t work!
