My expectations were not high (after few stays in London 3* hotels). But this one was quite ok. Room (first floor) was small but newly refubrished, heating was working, (neighbouring elevator fortunately not = no noise), breakfast was simple (bread, butter, cheese, boiled eggs, jams, tee, cafee) but continuously replenished. Short walk to Olympia facilities. Internet had to be paid in cash, not by card with hotel invoice.

Cheap, barebones - only in the room to sleep. If you only need a place to sleep and grab a shower, it was perfectly fine. Otherwise, you'll be disappointed. A decent walk to the nearest Underground - a bit of an inconvenience. Noisy people next to us - but you can't control that anywhere,

Staff was quite friendly It was not well cleaned, it was an extremely small bedroom, not even enough space to put my suitcase on the floor, it was not clean at all, hairs in my bed and on the pillar. Wireless is £2, 1 hour which is a little bit exaggerated. I would not stay there ever again !

The family room allowed us all to stay together and have a good chat as we had not seen each other in a while, it was excellent value for money. Wi Fi connection was poor and there was an extra charge, but due to quality of connection our payment was refunded. Tv in main sleep area did not work, but there was another tv in another sleep area.

Only a mile and a half from the Royal Albert Hall (Primus concert, April 5th 2012). Neutral decor, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast offered was very limited. Toast and cereal is the limit unfortunately! Could not check in until 1.15pm, but we knew that from the website. Seems very late though, most places let you check in from like 11am. Windows in the room were screwed shut so we could not get any fresh air in, they were obviously doors at one stage, and the hotel is clearly trying to stop guests sneaking people in, but they could at least put a latch on to stop you opening the windows more than a few inches. Would demand a room above ground floor next time, room was very stuffy the next morning.

Perfect location. There was a big window in my room;lot's of natural light flooding in.Fresh lick of paint on the walls and new curtains.Helpful and lovely cleaner. I had informed the hotel that I would be arriving a day late due to sickness.I Was told not to worry because they will keep my booking for me.When I arrived the next day I was asked to wait because my room was being cleaned! In other words they made double business with the room while I was sick.Needless to say that I was made to pay for the room as well as soon as I arrived. Was annoyed that they did't seem to know that the bbc channels were supposed to be re-tuned by the beginning of April. When I mentioned it I was asked what I expected them to do about it... Also shouting/fighting (at or near the reception) and cigarette smoke sressful.

The room is clean. First, is the location, along the road with a lot of noises from the transport ( cars, buses, etc).Secondly, the room is quite cold I turn on the heater and it wasn't working, I reported to reception but nothing happened the whole night.Luckily there was a spare blanket in the drawer. The tv remote control wasn't in the room, you have to ask if you want to use the tv and it kept in the reception.

The staff was really kind and friendly, they helped us on all our needs and with a little trouble we had while at London. The location is perfect for a visit, near to underground and bus stops. Quiet place, very clean, the bathroom was in very good condition. The double bed consisted of two twin beds placed together.

The location was excellent (I was attending at event at Olympia Kensington). The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was not of a very high standard. A Continental Breakfast usually includes some form of pastry as it was the only offering was toast; cereal; juices and a hot drink. There were boiled eggs in a bowl, but these were not kept warm, so was, therefore, cold. These were also slices of cheese that had begun to curl at the edges and discolour as they were not kept in a cool place - neither of these items were covered.

Convenient for Olympia The room was cramped with no dressing table or work surface In the past these have been present at this hotel The waste bin was not emptied during the stay nor were sufficient drink provisions renewed each day We were using our own milk in the end . Breakfast area far too cramped- not as previously I do not consider , cereal, fruit juice, coffe or teatoast (with butter) and slices of processed cheese a Continental breakfast.Onthe last morning we came in for breakfast to find everything locked and had to wait for probably 20 minutes to half an hour for the doors to be open Of course no food ready and cheese dry taken straight from the fridge and not covered, Decorators in hotel -wet walls and doors

Nothing ... Just it was near with few tube station ... Staff ....Receptionist which is so called owner or manager of the hotel ,is very rude. If you will tell him about any problem you are facing in hotel during stay like heating prb etc..he will start arguing ,shouting that everything is fine in hotel and you are wrong. And by chance if you ll try to explain..he will get more agressive, start shouting and pushing from fingers, also will say you that he is gonna call police and comes in your way to room and ll not allow you to go in room for taking your baggage and ll force you to leave hotel without your baggage... bathrooms are horrible..no locks, shower system completely blocked..very small and dirty wash basins... kitchen... sometime cleaned.. breakfast stock is very old... they never change it on daily basis ... not many options for breakfast menu.. Beds.. very small .. Room Heating system... Stops working between 2am-8am... dont know whats the reason for that... Never take basement rooms because they are very old constructed like servant rooms and they ll try to give you those rooms by telling that those are new ones, but never take that.. 200 percent rejected... you can get many more better options honestly in this price...

I only stayed because of the location close to Olympia. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My room had been built inside a conservatory it seemed - very strange. The room was very small, bathroom even smaller with the toilet and sink touching the shower cubicle it was that small. The breakfast was even worse, poor selection, poor quality, bread for toast still in there plastic wrappers you buy them in. I only stayed because of the location close to Olympia. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room clean...beds were fine. It was very near Olympia. When I asked about blocked plughole in shower tray it was sorted. It wasn't cheap for what it was.Breakfast was only OK. Plughole blocked in shower tray when we arrived. Room was warm at night, air conditioning didn't work.

It was only a short walk to Olympia Exhibition Centre where my conference was. For the price I paid I thought it was great value. It was a little cold in my room and I would have liked the choice of having a cooked breakfast rather than just a continental.

I am disabled and my room was up 3 Flights of stairs with work men working with ladders. The outside of the hotel had scaffold up the front of the building. And when I came out the shower naked there was a worker painting the window. Very embarrassing to say the least. The toilet was like a cupboard and the tap in The washbasin was just hanging loose. The breakfast room was a small basement with no room to move. Allan Short.
