Breakfast ( toast and coffee ) Location ( very rough area ) Rooms ( poor standard )
BED IN ROOM 3 COMFY EN-SUITE GOOD SIZE BED IN ROOM 1 COMFY
ROOM 1 TOO MUCH NOISE FROM OUTSIDE EN-SUITE TOILET AND SHOWER TOO CRAMPED
The fact that I was given keys to a room with people asleep in. The room allocated was supposed to have a private bathroom but this was outside of the room on the landing. Finally found a better room "without occupants" and an interior suite.
AREA. FACILITIES . FAR FROM TRAIN STATION.
bedroom and bathroom multicultural neighbourhood
breakfast: day 1: 2 kinds of jam, day 2 one kind of jam, day 3 no jam: reason: you had jam yesterday, today no jam location: far away from center of London (had to take bus and underground or overground), almost no parking-area so don't go by car!!! not many restaurants in area thar are used to tourists...
local drunks outside daily
Good staff and comfy rooms
food was always bread in the mornings
1) first night we stayed the fire alarm system was on continual alert with a loud beeping, a matter raised with the hotel owner who made no attempt to sort it out 2) The noise from outside the hotel was absolutely horrendous - the windows insufficient for blocking out the noise from the high volume of traffic. 3) I would also recommend that this hotel be removed from your listings and be investigated for having a faulty fire alarm system with no intention of ever fixing it or addressing the obvious faults shown, I would be surprised if they aren't breaching some health and safety regulations.
Not a lot
Area was intimidating Room was small Noisy in the night( area ) Further than 1.5 miles away from wembley which ment we had to pay for taxis backwards and forwards which we hadn't planned for won't be going back
Noise from the street
We were told it was 10 minutes walk to the wembley arena, that's why we booked it but because of the intimidating area the hotel was in we decided to take a taxi, which took 20 minutes to get there!! Good job we never tried to walk it. Holes and stains on sheets, rude staff, no lights in hallway so we had to use the lights on our phone to find our room, large groups of men hanging around outside the front doorway which made us very uneasy as we were a group of 4 girls, we had 1 towel between us all, all in all this was a nightmare stay.
There were bedbugs and toilet is not in good condition no aircondtion
group of four friends (rented two nights, a big room with four beds) - nice personnel - conditions fair - -for the price
- location (neighbour = bronx? :D) - lack of parking -- not recommended if you want to go by car (parked it, next to the motel, and -- after two nights , found the car scratched , by the drunk people gathering every night next to the motel)..
good value for money..ali was so nice
The sheets on the bed were not clean.
10mins walk from underground station
Would be too long to say it all. But you can fairly judge the quality of a hotel when - you find traps for rats in your room. - spent 2 hours scrubbing the bathroom with bleach. -extremely noisy, even with all windows closed i could here the homeless person conversation - no fan or ventilation, it was the hottest day of the year and my only option was opening the window with view on the ripped bag of trashes - very smelly, every time you flush the toilet -personel could not careless, I asked for a fork and he could not be bothered to get up (to busy playing candy crush on this phone) and just send me to the kitchen where i had to search in the drawers. - very dodgy neighborhood. Im not a princess , I lived in very dodgy areas before, but not being able to watch TV because of the loud drunken or worst people chilling just next to the hotel was not a great experience.
It was close to Wembley stadium this is why we picked this hotel. And it had free wifi. It's nice just for one night and you get what you pay for.
Location, cheap for London
Room size bit compact, location of sink near the bed! shower sprayed everywhere, bed uncomfortable, breakfast awful two choices toast n cereal no full English options !!!
The first night we were given a room with a bathroom with terrible smell. At night there were rats all over the room. In fact we found rat traps on the room! Next day we asked for a reimbursement and they gave us another room, without rats, but with flies coming from the extractor from the bathroom.
The receptionist was very nice and kindly helped us to carry our big suitcases to room 10. Although the room was not that big but it was okay. I was really worried of bugs on bed as others reviewed. But actually we stayed for 2 nights and didn't find any bugs as other people said.
The room is okay for young people who want to travel with a limited budget but it isn't that convenient to get to Central London from the hotel.
Friendly and accommodating staff There are resto/grocery store near the hotel
The area was filled with people with questionable character...there is a feeling that you are not safe. Far from the City proper though there is no problem with the train/transportation service.
The breakfast was enought. The price was the lowest we found. We paid for shared bathroom, but we got a private one. They make the bed every day (so, don't leave values in the room).
In first place, there were bugs crawling in the ground of our room. Also the room floor is made of carpet, wich is pretty unhealthy. The room smelled really bad. The bed sheet was too short for its bed. The towel looked dirty.
location and friendly and helpful staff.
poor facilities basic accommodation
