Pricing, location and heating in the room were just as I wanted them to be.

Facilities were rather smelly, but maybe it's just my paranoia talking.

Perfect for the price! Perfect location!

Around the corner from Victoria which is the center London.

Staff was pushy at breakfast , which is instant coffie and toast in the basement but what can you expect for 40 euros in center London .

Great location! Just near Victoria Rail, Coach & Tube. Room is a bit shabby but okay.

It was cold in my room but heating system was disabled at all. It's okay to stay here in summer, but in spring or winter... bbrrrrrr... cold!

Room was very clean, warm, bed linen fresh, shower worked well. For the price this is a great deal in a great location. Continental breakfast of juice, cereal, toast with jams, coffee plenty enough.

Carpets a bit threadbare. Would have liked to have had breakfast a little later than 9.00.

Reception staff were helpful with booking in.

Could not sleep due to heating being constantly on full blast with no way of controlling it. It had been a warm spring day and the night was still quite warm. There was no need for any heating at all. I had to have the window open all night and the noise of the trains going over the points was disturbing what very little sleep I got. The air conditioning unit did not work so I had to use the fan that was in the pathetic wardrobe. Even on its fastest setting, the fan had little effect on the heat. I did not stay for breakfast as I just wanted to get out of there immediately in the morning. I will not be booking in here again or recommending Holly House to anyone.

Free upgrade to a room with bathroom en suite. The bed was very comfortable to my liking. Clean room.

The heating was making a weird noise, had to turn it off. Poor breakfast, even for continental.

Prime location, less than 5 mins walking to Victoria Coach station & Victoria train/tube station.

Breakfast is basic, and poor. The milk is served in a small pot to every table, unlike other hotels that you can refill the milk yourself on one big table. The problem is, when I was asking for extra milk, as I finished the first pot they gave me with the cereal, and I need more milk for my second bowl of cereals and also to drink, the male staff just frowned and reluctantly took away the pot to refill the milk. Unexpectedly, he gave me a rather hot milk. Maybe okay for cereal, but too hot to drink. Probably they wouldnt want guests to drink too much? Not a good impression to me.

Hotel like. Great location. Very attentive staff. Good housekeeping. Small but comfortable rooms. Stayed at this hotel 2 times, and both times were very pleased. In the next trip be sure to select this hotel again.

Terrible, room is very small, with no daylight or ventilation, looking like prison cell, staff is rude, breakfast is awful, I did not even finish it, you will be really happy to leae the room in the morning! In my opinion, this hotel should be closed and it should definitely not be advertised.

Near to Victoria Train and Bus station. it only 5 minutes walk to the Train and Bus station.

The hotel is smelly and the breakfast is not very good.

Excellent proximity to Victoria Station. Very good hotel for the price in that area
