Whole room and shower-room needs a refit. Very old fittings (some dirty/worn/broken e.g..old mirror cupboard in shower-room). Only just enough space for me to get on/off loo (I'm size 12). Didn't want to use shower.Dated.
Convenient location. Nice bed sheets.

Enjoy my stay here, the room was good size and quite despite over looking the road. Staff were welcoming and the breakfast was good. My dog also enjoyed her stay. Although I could log into the Wifi - It seemed to not access the internet. Not a problem though as I just used my 3G.

The beds in both rooms were very uncomfortable. It was very noisy. My elderly father was kept awake by the boiler and people walking about and banging doors shut.
The breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble to ask for although limited on choice.
