Nothing! I checked out after the first night, but they charged me for two nights and a total of 300 pounds! This is outrageous. I needed a hotel closer to Fort William. |

We would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the seafood fresh and delicious, the Captain's Room spacious and comfortable with amazing views of the loch and the pool was a lovely temperature. We will definitely return! |

The food was fantastic. The swiming pool and sauna were a great addition. The view from our balcony was breathaking. The large bath and shower (both big enough for two!) were perfect. The wireless internet connection was intermittant at best. DVD player had no remote control and the TV service was abominable. |

It has a very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views over the loch and great food at the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful also. The pool is on the small side. . |

I liked the pool and sauna but the best thing was the staff who were very pleasant. The food was really enjoyable except the spring onion garnish on the scrambled eggs ! Our room was not hoovered and there were no replacement teabags on our second morning, we also had to ask for more towels. Although I would have left a gratuitie for the staff anyway I don't think it should be an automatic charge. |

Fantastic Hotel, all rooms have a great view, the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. Pool and sauna is good after a days skiing. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Pool a little on the cold side. |

We were having a weekend break visiting Fort William and Oban, have been to hotel before and can't fault the hotel or location, fantastic on all counts, friendly attentive staff, comfortable room, stunning view and excellent food and we will be back next year. |
