Warm, comfortable, very good food and coffee, friendly staff, and particularly good value. I left a form in which I mentioned one or two quite minor items. |

Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Staff were attentive. Would benefit from digital or satelite television as there is not a great deal to offer in the surroundings and it would be nice to have some entertainment at night should you wish, Also, a lift would make it much easier than manoeuvring around the narrow stairwells |

All of the rooms have fantastic views across the Loch. The rooms are a good size and well equipped. The staff were really helpful and responded very quickly to a minor complaint. The food at the hotel was excellent. A very relaxing stay. |

The room was clean and comfortable with nice big bed. Stunning views over the loch and mountains. Excellent breakfast served in the restaurant overlooking the loch. Corridors were a bit shabby, could do with a bit of a spruce up |

The view was absolutely fantastic--from the bedroom and the restaurant. Rooms were also very spacious with a nice clean smell that you don't often get in a hotel. We also found the pool facilities nice, especially the sauna. There was more variety at breakfast than we'd had in other Scotland hotels. I was surprised to find that we had topay for extra towels for the pool when "swimming pool" is a featured part of this hotel. |

The spacious bedroom and fabulous view over the Loch Disorganised bar and restaurant, not quite sure who was in charge. No lift but I managed despite having sustained a fractured foot after booking. |

The Captain's Room we had for first night was all-round excellent, Would strongly recommend that accommodation. Because we booked late we had to transfer to a Standard on night 2. My rating is based on the Standard room experience. The Standard Room on second night was average - the bed was a tad short (with a footboard) and creaked rather a lot. The TV was low on floor and could not be viewed from bed. Didn't need one, but couldn't find a hairdryer in either room. |
