Really friendly owners, nothing was too much trouble and always smiling, we would be more than happy to stay there again. The location was excellent, Tolcarne Beach and Great Western beach were at the top of the road, literally a 2 minute walk, as was the bus stop were you could catch the bus to the Eden Project, Padstow, Perranporth etc.particularly useful for non drivers like us as you could also get the bus to the airport. We would both highly reccomend this guest house. Big thank you to Dave and Kim. |

Dave and Kim were very friendly and accomodating, room was lovely and we could come and go as we pleased. The en suite toilet door consisted of a folding slatted partition which gave little privacy. Would have preferred proper door and didn't understand why one wasn't fitted. |

the friendly atmosphere and very accomodating to us with a small baby parking at rear of hotel and having to walk around the back alley into another road before walking onto the road at thefront of the hotel. not to bad during your stay but difficult when loading/unloading, although there was space for us to load on our departure at the front. |

Location, friendliness and helpfulness of owner - nothing was too much trouble No provision of soap, shower gel or hairdrying facilities for the price paid but it was New Year week so perhaps demand was high to dictate price |
