The location at the bottom of the Royal Mile is excellent and the availability of parking in town very useful.
The mattress on our bed is showing signs of age. Not as comfortable as when we first stayed. The room prices seem to be rising faster than average too. We will review our choices on the next trip.
The apartment was ideally located on the Roual Mile and close to the railway station and Christmas Markets. It was also well appointed with washing facilities. A real treat.
Tucked away location at the quieter end of royal mile. Very pleasant location in the old town. Good facilties near by in terms of shops (tesco local) , coffee shops, pubs etc all a short walk. Kitchen equipped to a very high standard.
Very hard to locate initially as down an ally. The hard floors did not give best sound insulation, though noise was not too bad. Could have done with pegs in lobby area as hanging space was limited.
Good location and good value for money
The standard of the room
Not being told about car parking charges at time of booking
Location was excellent Room is very well equipped Bed was super comfortable Tesco extra 2 mins away was a bonus
The studio apartment was a bit on the small side and the cost of the apartment considering it was self catering was a bit high
We were very impressed with the apartment overall and we would be happy to book again. The fact that smoking was permitted in the living room in our apartment was just wonderful as we didn't need to go outside in the cold to enjoy a ciggie. Please keep this allowing smoking policy as it is so refreshing to not be made feel like you are a criminal for smoking,
Perfect location just off the Royal Mile. (10 minutes walk from Waverley Station) Facilities excellent and like the tea and coffee supplied. Tesco Express 2 minutes away. Apartment cleaned everyday and even dishwasher put on for you!
At night path slightly dark if walking alone
Spacious and fully equiped apartment near to the city centre
Travelled with my wife, daughter and parents and though it is a great serviced apartment in a very good location. Just thirty second walk from the royal mile
Great checkout time, friendly staff, clean with everything you'd need. The site we booked through gave us a bargain deal. Nice location too. 'studenty area' ,in the morning discovered we were right next to Arthurs Seat, Parliment building and Palace of Hollywood, will definitely be back.
The cost of parking quoted was wee bit much but on consideration meant we had secure parking for an entire day, so not even a complaint.
Fantastic location. Spacious apartments.
I like being so close to Holyrood and the centre of the city. Plenty of space (1 double bedroom and 2 singles). Sitting room and well equipped kitchen. 2 bath / shower rooms. All the space makes a stay easier than being in hotel rooms. Nice being able to prepare own food etc - handy Tesco round the corner. each room has individually controlled heaters - v warm towel rails!!
Noisy water system Car parking has got a bit expensive
After being let down by a previous booking through a voucher company we frantically tried to find somewhere available and cheap. This was great value for money, was in a great location, had excellent facilities and even had the lovely touch of a pint of milk waiting for us in the fridge for arrival! I would recommend this to anyone who asked. It's a great find if you're, like us, a group of 4 looking for an apartment, but like the thought of having on site staff in a hotel environment.
Location was great. There was some street noise, but easily managed with earplugs
I enjoyed having a full kitchen and a washing machine. I could just go out the door and be in the midst of history, too cool.
Comfortable flat ideally situated in the old town, set back from major streets. Daily cleaning, fresh towels, etc., with a relatively well-equipped kitchen.
WiFi was spotty at best.
Very central to all facilities
late night drunks returning home making a racket
nice staffs, great facilities, worth money!
Location, cleanlinnes, facilities wash anda dry machine, all you need to cook, free WiFi, a Tesco store nearly, Bus 35 at only few meterse on the Royal Mile.
The doors are noisy when you close it, even if you are carefully. Nothing more.
Less than a minute walk to Royal Mile. Having a kitchen added a great flexibility and style.
Location was perfect. 5 mins walk from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Very clean. Very well equipped.
Very noisy outside our window at night time and early morning.
excellent location and friendly and helpful staff
it is very noisy when opening the tap
Easy to access Royal Mile Quiet location Quick access to mini-mart around corner.
Floor creaked. Made it rough to keep quiet at night. Not a huge issue just annoying.
