Nice central location, easy to reach from the train station and close to many areas of interest but just out of the way enough so as not to be noisy on an evening. Love apartments with all the comfort of your own home. Maid service every day so apartments are very clean. Always someone on reception to help you if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasantly surprised. We found this apartment whilst searching online last minute. The photographs of the apartment looked good and the price was very attractive so we booked and arrived 2 hours later. Thevrealitynexceededvour expectations. The only problem we had was that our gps did not recognize the address so we navigated using thevpostcode. All ended up well - being new to Edinburgh we were later surprised to discover how well the apartment was located.

very clean and a good location - easy walking distance to everything, even with 3 young children (aged 6, 4 and 18 months)

the floor boards were extremely noisy which became extremely annoying - the two bedrooms were a good size but the general layout of the room made the apartment feel very small. We had to use coffee tables and suitcases to keep the doors open as they all shut automatically.

Great location and a good deal of space for the price. All facilities were excellent and the parking is enclosed and secure. I would definitely recommend this aparthotel

uncomfortable shower

everything the staff were helpful.Handy for shops and on a good bus route to get to the touist bits.Would recomend to peaple and cant wait to bring my husband.Many thanks.

Dirty, old facilities, a lot smaller than the pictures---be aware...i would stay at raddison,, similar price better location

holyrood aparthotel was excellent.We had a 2 bed apartment which had 2 bathrooms.The rooms were very clean and the apartment catered for all of our needs.You were only a 10 minute walk from all of the tourist attractions.

We didnt like the overwhelming smell of air freshners when we entered the apartment.It was obvious that the previous people had not long left.Would be better if housekeeping opened all the windows to allow fresh air in!

The location, the cleanliness and the service. Thought it was a bit pricey but perhaps the Rugby International Match pushed up prices?

I Loved my stay here, we had a large, spacious living area, 2 double bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and an en-suite shower room. Our stay couldn't have been more comfortable. It was very reasonably priced and to be only a few mins walk away from central Edinburgh this was a fantastic place to stay. Parking was easy as well, in a secure parking garage on site. The staff were lovely, couldn't be more helpful. I loved staying here and we will definitely be back again!

Our tv in our bedroom didn't work - but that is the only complaint!

The aprthotel facilities were very good. Appreciated the fact that dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid were all there which is rarely the case with self catering, also tea/coffee/milk. The door entry system was excellent, building felt very secure, and also secure parking.

Building work near by was a little noisy especially early in the morning. At night time the area is dark and a little off the beaten track so care should be taken.

Good to have an apartment much better than a hotel room when with friends

Very difficult to find even with sat nav ..... they need to improve this as all 3 cars in our party really struggled to find entrance as it is an alleyway..... the living room furniture is basic & a bit tired looking
