Holyrood Aparthotel  

The apartment was excellent with more than enough room, it was like being at home. The apartment was well furnished and very modern with easy access to the Royal Mile. The apartment was just far enough out of the main tourist areas for peace and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and were on hand at all hours to answer any queries. I would highly recommend the Holyrood AparHotel and if I go to Edinburgh again that is the hotel that I would definetly stay.

The apartment was excellent - spotlessly clean, friendly staff and fantastic location. We will definitely be staying here again.

Finding a used teabag in the caffitiere was quite unpleasant

Great location just off the main street in the city centre. Large, clean rooms with all ammenities you would expect. Very good value for money

Helpful and pleasant staff. Modern apartment well presented. Quiet location, adjoining the Royal Mile (albeit at the bottom end), but convenient for Holyrood etc. Tesco Express just around the corner. Worked well for a city break weekend.

Very noisy bathroom fans and water pumps to the bathrooms. Wood flooring in hall and living room squeeky. Living room a bit on the small side. Beds a bit hard. Otherwise it was fine!

No secure room for bags to be left between booking out and leaving at 5pm for the airport.

The apartment was cosy warm, well-equipped, and had good quality fittings/decoration/furnishings. It was spotlessly clean and we had a daily maid service. The situation is great as it's just off the Royal Mile, so most places are walkable. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The plumbing is noisy when the bathroom taps are turned on. When we arrived the micowave was not working and the hot water was tepid. Both these problems were rectified the next day.

The appartment was spacious with good facilities. Very nice location close to city attractions and friendly staff. Best of three appartment hotel in Edinburg I tried so far.

Would have liked free wifi in room and faster more reliable wifi connection, this should be the norm for business hotels these days but may not be the market they are aiming for. The location was very good for visiting the city but my room was noisy at 6.30am due to delivery/waste vehicles for nearby buildings so good for early risers but not those who like a lie in. Anyway this is the best of the three appartment hotels in Edinburgh I tried so far.

Never having stayed in apartments before we couldnt have been more happy with the room ,even down to having tea coffee and milk in the kitchen when we arrived.We had two double bedrooms one had an en suite a seperate bathroom a living area and kitchen.Although it was at the bottom of the royal mile its in a fantastic location. We would deffinatly stay hear again.
