Public areas were clean and tidy, price of a bottle of wine was reasonable, it also had a car park and was on a main route into the city - ideal for the business traveller on a budget My own room was in need of refurbishment |

Very friendly onwer. The 'small room' is actually not small at all. Nice area and very easy to commute to Leeds every day. |

Good breakfast freshly cooked, but available limited time. Beds comfortable & room (at the back) quiet. Great position for hotel and has parking. Friendly owner. Decor a little tired but clean. Room facilities not special eg no lighting near mirror (but did have hairdryer) and a table plus second chair needed in a room for 2 people. |

Free internet access! Moreover, a bus station is in front of the hotel, so it is easy to access to the City Centre and the rural areas such as Saltare and Keighley. The staires are quite steep. It seems to be hard for the disable and the eldery to go up and down. |
