The place is very well kept, everything was very clean and in order. The cooked breakfast was excellent. There are a couple of good restaurants and a nice pub 2 minutes walk away. The proprieter is very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. I can't fault the place and would definately stay there again, I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere.

Location was great for train station and Saltaire. Guy was friendly and easygoing. It was bigger than I expected, with communal lounge and a bar area, which was clean and tidy with comfortable sofas. It was a cold weekend and the hotel was very warm and confortable.

Situated on a main road so easily accessable. My room was clean and warm. the cost was very reasonable and the hotel owner both friendly and helpful. Cannot comment on food as did not eat in. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accomodation in the area. Recommend booking well in advance if possible because usually full. Good restaurants nearby and local pub does excellent pubgrub type meals. A very pleasant stay. I can't think of a downside !!

I decided to come to the area a day early for a conference I was attending the following day. The conference was being held at another Hotel, but due to my last minute decision to travel earlier than originally planned the Hotel where the conference was being held was full. Homeleigh was booked due to it's close proximity to where I needed to be the following morning. It was clean and served it's purpose.

Location, price Shabby decor, narrow staircases and fire doors made it awkward to carry luggage to top floor. Stain on black runner over end of bed.

Homeleigh is a good base for anyone walking the Liverpool Leeds canal. For anyone else it is a good base for Skipton, Leeds, Keighley and Bradford. Convenient to the hotel is an Indian and Italian restaurant, Chip shop and a pleasant pub. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms, clean and comfortable with a tv that worked, all stations available. Some traffic noise can be heard in rooms facing the road despite the triple glazing. Very steep stairs to bedrooms.

This hotel has private car park and is also close to Shipley rail station. Breakfast is tasty and enough to stay full until lunch time. The place is not noisy and well worth the money I paid.

On arrival the host was extremely welcoming and we received complimentary drinks to our surprise. The rooms were a good size and comfortable beds. Lovely hot shower and a filling, well made breakfast served with good humour. Good advise given on the area and travel. Very handy off road parking at the rear. Not a criticism but wifi might be an idea, although an internet connection was provided free of charge.

Location Free wi-fi What is it about this hotel and towels! I had to chase after a chambermaid on day 3 of my stay in order to get her to give me a clean dry towel. I had only one small bath towel which was not changed despite the fact that on day 2 it was quite wet and looking less than pristine. It must be a hotel policy not to regularly change the towels as I heard another guest ask at breakfast for clean towels. Apart from that everything else was fine and it's a good value for money b&b.

We were made to feel very welcome immediately and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The reception/dining area was nice on first impressions. We were shown to the room which met my expectations. We had an amazing night's sleep; the bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely recommend this if you want a cheap, decent night's sleep. We had a function in Shipley to go to so the location was great for us. If you want Leeds though it'll take about 40 minutes but the trains are regular and Shipley station is very easy to get to.

I felt that the staff did everything they could and kept cheerful throughout! For the price I expected toiletries in the room, as I've stayed in cheaper hotels and received these.
