We stayed at Homelye prior to a wedding and the venue was perfect and very clean. Neil looked after us all superbly and I would happily recommend Homelye to anyone considering accommodation in the area.

Very nice and quiet farm. Neil is a great host. Breakfast is quite good. Hot water closes by itself, but you just need to let Neil know and he will fix it. We found a few ants going around the room.

Large room, well decorated, extremely comfortable bed, superbly clean, breakfast outstanding, parking outside the courtyard room door. Considerate staff. In over 40 years of travel, UK and abroad, without doubt one of the very best B&B's we have stayed in. Totally recommended. Our schedule meant we could only stay the one night !!

Second time staying here for airport overnight stay. Everything about this B & B is beautiful. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast is exceptional, and the couple who run it are very friendly and hospitable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very pleasant friendly welcome from owner, accomodation was well presented with all the touches you would expect from a 4/5 star hotel. Nice bed linen and plenty of towels. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast cooked and served by owners.This is the first time I have stayed in a B/B, usually preferring to stay in hotels. I was very impressed with the overall standard at Homelye Farm, fantastic value for money, would certainly stay again when visiting Dunmow.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and cosy and clean. Breakfast was very tasty too and there were a lot of options to choose from. Bed was a bit uncomfortable! But that is the only slightly negative thing I have to say!

The facilities, hospitality and full english breakfast were excellent and I would have no problem recommending Homelye Farm Courtyards to friends and family. If I ever need to stay in the area again I will not hesitate to book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two nights. The room was very comfortable - masses of storage space if someone wanted to stay longer - and Neil and Tracy were excellent hosts. They have the best breakfast menu we have ever seen - it is rare that one is given the option of a bacon buttie for breakfast or to double up on a Traditional breakfast to the Farmer's breakfast if feeling really greedy. We were more than happy just with the traditional breakfast this time. We will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly, sociable couple who were very informative of the area and wanted to make our stay pleasant and relaxed. Felt like I'd known them for years. Extremely spacious room and lovely, ample breakfasts! Lovely setting too, well looked after.

Set about 200 yards off the main road, Homelye Farm is a brilliant concept of converted farm buildings set around two courtyards. The rooms afford peace and quiet and are good sized, comfortable rooms with ample parking. Dining room and bar are in a converted separate barn which is very attractive with comfortable sofas and dining furniture. The breakfasts are 5 star quality and there is a buffet for cereals and fresh fruit. Friendly and welcoming owners.

Neil and Tracy were very welcoming. We arrived late in the evening around 10 p.m. but this was no trouble after we checked in and put our luggage into our execellent rooms we joined Neil in the bar for drinks. We were welcomed at breakfast by Neil and served a wonderful english breakfast by Tracy which was excellent. If a full english breakfast is not for you there was lots to choose, cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs, fried eggs. omlette, yoghurt, crumpets, crossants etc. The rooms were execellent and very homely and welcoming. We would love to return to homelye Farm again without doubt. Nothing to not like at all.
