Homerton House Apartments  

Clean and quiet apartment with all necesary equipment for 4 day stay.

Tv in bedroom did not work - could not get pisture that did not pixleate.

The close proximity of food stores, restaurants, movies, Train Station and Bus Stops. Good size place for a up to 2 people. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer on site. For the price it was a great deal compared to the hotel room rates for the area. The owners were very responsive to problems that I brought to their attention.

The bed frame being on wheels was a complete unexpected surprise. When heat was needed, could not adjust the radiators to put more heat out, or did not know how. Couch in the main room has no support at all. Needs to be replaced. No parking space. If you are going to stay as long as I did (7 weeks) and have to drive to work each day, it made coming back an adventure as to how far you had to walk from your vehicle.

There was fruit, eggs, butter, bread and milk for us in the kitchen.

The couch was outdated and not very comfortable. The bed was okay.

Clean,comfortable,well thought out & well equipped. Convenient for railway station & public transport.Good value.

I liked the location and processing of the apartment

Things that Dislikes is 1 - No room service .2 - I'm on myself cleaning the room and throw litter daily 3 - Price vastly exaggerated 4 - Ventilation very bad inside the apartment and at the entrance to the house 5 - Heating I cant control them because they work automatically so that operate 6 hours per day.In short the value of rent is not worth the services provided 6 - does not reception

Good location for where I was going, but too far out of the city if you are a tourist.

Kitchen stove was not working.

Location to buses, train and shops was excellent. Nice to have space,

Some problems with lights not working, heating not working at first.

The facilities were fantastic, so much more space than a hotel or b+b yet equal or better the majority of places in the area. It far surpassed expectations with little touches (such as milk, bread and fruit) being left as a welcome and was unexpected. The cleanliness was fantastic, and the furnishings were stylish and good quality. It was an incredibly positive experience and I would highly recomend and would use these facilities again. Having experienced Homerton House Apartments I would prefer to never use a hotel again!!

Use of a communal hoover would have been nice so I could have cleaned up a bit better (there may have been one available that I couldn't find) but really this is nit-picking as there was very little to criticise.

The apartment has everything that you need.Very convenient

Broken Fan - it was very hot at night and I did not feel safe opening a window.

The apartment is perfectly situated for Cambridge city centre. The rooms were very clean and tastefully furnished. The facilities were great and the furniture extremely comfortable.

Apartman was very nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped.

In one word: Perfect! More details: Easy to find, easy check in/check out. Close to train station and not so far from coach station. Sainsbury's is approx. 200 metres, Tesco Express about 100... Of course quite close to city centre, the Botanic Garden and way to Grantchester Meadows (Orchard, Trumpington, etc.) Well equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, extremely clean bathroom... Last but not least the surprise, the "survival kit": Coffe, tea, fruits, bread and butter... What else I could say? Thank you very much for everything! Our next visit to Cammbridge we would like to stay in Homerton House again and I will offer it to my family and friends! Thanks to Blackburn Family!

The apartment was warm and comfortable. We arrived from Australia to find bread, biscuits, tea coffee and fruit provided. Such a nice touch and very much appreciated. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Easy bus ride to the centre of Cambridge and easy bike ride to everywhere else.

لقد فوجئت بعدم وجود اي شخص يستقبلني ويعطيني الفتاح / تعبت في فتح الصندوق ؛ حاولت عدة مرات وبصعوبة وجدت المفتاح والرقم السري الذي اعطوني اياه عبر الايميل ادخلته عدة مرات وعند المغادرة واجهت نفس المشكلة وتركت المفتاح في الصندوق ثم اغلقته بهدوء ; المكان جيد لولا سوء الاستقبال والمغادرة

Die gute Haushaltsausstattung des Appartments ermöglichte uns einen angenehmen und bequemen Aufenthalt. Sehr angenehm war die Erstverpflegung durch die Vermieter.

Kambariai ir vonios kambarys nebuvo tvarkomi. Kadangi buvau apsistojusi menesi, tai buvo butinas reguliarus sutvarkymas.

Aqui o principal é prestar atenção onde estará a chave para você abrir a porta! O pessoal do hotel vai mandar o email. Portanto, tenha esse email a mão quando você chegar por lá, senão pode ficar na rua! é um apartamento! Você tem privacidade total e liberdade total. Ideal para pessoas que gostam de independência e estão dispostos a arrumar tudo sozinha. Lembre-se é como se estivesse alugando um apartamento! é muito bem localizado, perto de comércios e a 8 minutos da estação de trem. Dá pra ir andando até o centro histórico da cidade.

La ubicación es estupenda: frente al centro de ocio, con restaurantes y un par de supermercados, y a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Amplio, agradable y bien equipado.

El sofá y el silloón están muy usados y la tapicería necesita limpieza.

Gut organisiert

Great location. The apartment was close to the train station and to the city centre. It was very clean and well equipped.

The bed was really comfortable, nice cosy bedroom.

Our apartment smelt fusty, maybe due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the shower was tiny but nice and powerful and hot.

Excellent location and very good value for money.Lovely spacious apartments with a washing machine and dryer in the common area which we were very grateful for after travelling round Europe.They had provided a little welcome pack with milk and bread etc which we were also very grateful for. We all enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning to Cambridge.

Not much at all although the double bed was unable to be made into a twin so that made it difficult for my sister and I.The sofa did pull out into a bed but it was broken so my sister ended up sleeping on top of the couch which was quite comfortable she said. As with most places in Cambridge, parking is usually difficult and the apartment has a drop off area for luggage which is good but parking a block away in a free side street was ok when there were available spots but sometimes we had to park quite a distance from the apartment-not a big negative but something for people to take into account.
