Very friendly staff. Clean, tidy and practical studio. Nice view over the park. Good value for money. Tip: go to the Grand Hotel car park for a cheaper stay. The compulsory check-in between 3 and 6pm. £7.50 per day for wifi, that's a lot! Just one tea spoon!

Perfect localization and great place to stay even for a week or two. I loved that. The only problem I have noticed was a mirror. Not a chance to do your hair as there was a mirror in the bathroom only where you do not have any plugs so you have to run from the room to the bathroom to do your hair or make up. It would be much better if there was an extra mirror on the laundry door or so.

Normally we book two hotel rooms but staying in this 2 bedroom apartment worked out a lot cheaper - with the added benefit of kitchen and lounge. Apartments seem the way to go in the future if you are independent and don't require room service, reception etc etc. Stephen was very helpful on arrival - he texted us in the morning to get our arrival time and greeted us when we got there. He is there to answer any questions and show you around and leaves his mobile number for any future queries. This was reassuring. Location is excellent for the new shopping area of Bristol with a very nice Italian restaurant and bar in the same building complex, as well as many other bars, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very quiet at day and night. 10-15 level minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads train station. On arrival the taxi driver took us the "long route" so beware...we walked back to the station on departure to prevent this again. Minor point - would have been nice to have a mirror in my bedroom and an extra small coffee table in the lounge, as furnishing was sparse - but perfectly acceptable.

the room was very clean and contained all the necessary requirements for a short business trip or shopping weekend.overall very happy with the room. if i had to pick a fault it would be lack of room, maybe a small sofa or armchair as an alternative place to sit and relax other than the bed.

I liked the location, very central, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely convenient for the office location I was travelling to. It wasn't ready when I arrived (10 minutes prior to the latest check in allowed so I wasn't early!) and my mobile number had been transcribed incorrectly so I wasn't contacted with arrival details that I should have been. All felt rather disorganised even though the personnel were very friendly and apologetic. Difficult to locate the thermostat to turn up the heating, had to call for help. No still water provided. Preferred other apartments I've stayed in that send you a pin number allowing you freedom to arrive whenever is convenient. Preferred an alternative apartment that provided a pint of milk in the fridge as part of a welcome pack - the individual milk cartons felt at odds with the home from home feel.

Very convenient, spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Extremely impressed. Stephen was on duty and was very appropriate and helpful. He even posted my forgotten nightie to me! I felt there was someone there without intrusion. Getting in and out was simple and well explained. I thought is was absolutely fantastic, just what I needed for an overnight stay. I would be happy to spend a weekend in Bristol now I know about it.

Good location, right next to an excellent Italian restaurant and a large shopping mall. Very clean apartment, very modern and well maintained. Also within a very secure complex. Excellent value for money. The only thing that let the apartment down, a bit, was the bed. Described as luxurious, it wasn't. The mattress needs to be replaced before it becomes uncomfortable. Having said that, we slept reasonably well.

There is nothing we did not like about the apartment though we did like the price we paid for it (£59), so we would certainly do it again for that amount as we have to budget and, if the facilities and cleanliness etc, were the same. Need one power point attended to in the living room and the heated towel rail connections in one bedroom (also the ventilation fitting in the same bedroom - but no big deal really).

Great location. Really impressed with décor and standard of the accommodation. The internet was very fast and easy to use. I'd also like to thank Stephen for his help during my stay. The postcode I was sent to find the apartments took me approx 15 minutes' walking distance in the wrong direction - I think it would be helpful if the directions were revised or use a different postcode that is close to the apartment's actual location and would be much better for identifying their exact location. I think a left luggage facility would be good too.

It feels like your at home as soon as you walk through the door and the location is perfect There was still popped birthday balloons on the floor, hair in the sink and food in the freezer, im not fussy so I sorted it out. Being a hotel manager myself I wouldnt of let it slide at my place but it was nothing I couldnt manage. Keep an eye on your cleaners guys!!

The appartment is large and well located. First, when we arrived, there was no indication as to whether we were at the right entrance (there are several), and no-one was answering the phone. Only after we walked around the block we were met outside by a lady who brought us to our room, and asked us on the doorstep whether we had any questions... The only one I had time to formulate was whether she had a map and she was kind enough to fetch one immediately. We were disappointed not to have a balcony as I had inquired about it at reservation time (3 months earlier). As to the appartment: only one key for a party of 4; no booklet with essential information on surroundings or "how to's"; out of dat bedding where each mattrass spring can be counted; very poor noise insulation even with windows closed; air conditioning didn't work! Now add this to the requirement to close windows as well as the out of date mattrasses and you understand what sort of sleep quality you get. Too bad ... With better maintenance, this address could have been a top-ranked location... Last: the pictures are completely misleading as they give the impression of a well-maintained place. Booking.com you share some responsibility here!

Had read good reviews and the apartments were well priced and in a good location. We have been able to walk and use public transport to get everywhere we need to go. The only small issue was the size of the beds- the double feels a little small
