quiet location right on the sea front, the food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful i cant think of any negatives for this hotel

The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The location is fab and we were lucky enough to enjoy a sea view. Parking is handy as its right at the main door. Nothing to dislike

Staff friendly and helpful ,breakfast excellent, Lounge and restaurant nicely decorated ,Reception area welcoming. The corridors need decorating .They spoil the approach to the rooms. The walls are scuffed and marked.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. It was well situated for the beach and the town. There was parking next to the hotel. There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like.

The Food in the Resturant was Amazing. Resturant/ Bar newly refirbed. Sea Views. Staff were Friendly. Rooms are a bit Tired.

Staff were very polite and accomodating. The quality and presentation of the breakfast (cooked ) was one of the best in a long time! All good.

Generally the hotel was pleasent and well placed. Room 3 was a little noisy. Especially from the old style sash window and vehicles on cobbled road out side. Also person traffic in corridor outside room noisy. The sash window was also drafty.

The fact we could take our dog to the hotel. We were accommodated for breakfast & dinner in the lounge area and table was reserved for us each time. A bit unfortunate there was a wedding taking place on Saturday night which made the lounge area & bar very crowded.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, ok the room is not 5star but it was very comfortable and we had a terrific full scottish breakfast in the morning. Just the same thing that we don't like about most hotels and that is the 10.00am departure, just a bit early especially at the weekends when you have had a late night the night before departure. midday would be far more acceptable.

Friendly staff, great restaurant and wonderful food. The chocolate fondant with heather ice cream was amazing. The pillows! Flat, no bounce, it did affect my sleep! But would not deter me from staying again.

The Breakfast was excellent The Room met our needs The Bar area is really nice Staff as very friendly and welcoming The view from the restaurant area is fantastic The bathroom was a bit dated To buy a full english breakfast with it not being included in the room price is a tad overpriced at £9.50

Everything !! The best dog friendly hotel we have stayed in ;and there have been a few !! Excellent food and service and a team that,without exception,were prepared to go that extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. If that was not enough we had Arran in all its glory covered in snow.. We will be back in February/March

friendly helpful staff hotel clean food very nice there was a dog in room opposite which barked and was very annoying when you were in our room trying tp relax and en joy watching tv or just reading. surprised dogs were allowed in hotel
