The main building as it stands and the facilities; pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Led to believe we were staying in the hotel not the travel lodge attachment, very disappointing. If I wanted a vege sausage I would have to wait 20 minutes meanwhile the breakfast would get cold, would be nice to maybe order in advance. No bar staff in the residents bar as there was a wedding party. |

The staff, in particular the young girls in the bar area, were extremely helpful, happy and a real credit to the hotel. The room (307) was quite pokey and a bit drab and I can't remember the last time I slept in a single bed. |

Good venue for a wedding - beautiful grounds for the photographs, and tasty food at the wedding breakfast, with plenty of space for all the guests No butter (only margarine), the shower did not work, and the bar was expensive with inexperienced bar staff. It had also run out of Becks! The bedrooms block seams to have been built round the plans for a maze! |

The evening meal was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise most pleasant stay. |

The distance from reception to the room, up and down stairs at least 5 times. Lack of staff at the Lounge bar, our reception bar and the actual Ladies Festival due to a Wedding reception and the Ladies Festival clashing at the same time. Only two girls at the main bar trying to cope with the Wedding reception and our guests. |

It was quiet, clean and the staff were very polite and helpful and brought me a lovely breakfast to my room although room service was not aparantly an option. Very difficult to find the rooms like a rabbit warren!. |

Very quiet location. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice Bed was quite uncomfortable and pillows hard.Hotel does cater more for conference guests during the week rather weekend guests, especially the restaurant. However there is a nice pub in Mursley callled the Betsy Wynne. |

It’s really difficult to find your way around the maze of corridors, floors, wings and function rooms. It needs to be colour coded or something as it’s easy to be in completely the wrong wing without realising it. |

The location, impressive drive and beautiful reception/lounge area. Buffet breakfast was superb. The modern maze like conference facilities are an obvious featureless add on to the original house. |
