Nothing... Bad atmosphere!!!

- Staffs no polite; - No organize; - TV room very bad.

Requested a mixed dorm, ended up in a male dorm....i am a female and there was no opertunity to change this as I had to wait 15 mins to check in when I arrived and had already stayed the first night when I noticed there were no other females in the dorm, thought one male was a female when he was asleep. Was told to watch my belongings as high theft rate in hostel. Be warned there is a £10 deposit for the key also. Walls are paper thin and bed was just springs, very uncomforatble. Had a better sleep in the airport in the third night! Will never be returning!

-Bed bugs in the room -too far from any shops -lack of equipment -bed bugs in the bedroom -dirty kitchen -showers are in the rooms -bed bugs in the bedroom -internet available in only one room -the street is too noisy have I mentionned the bed bugs?

Cheap room

The staff hunging around the reception at least 5 or were they staff because none could have booked me in until a girl turned up

The price, it was very cheap, the breakfast, although it was the same every morning, it was great, the room and the toilets were clean, most of the staff was friendly and helpful, the location - half an hour to the center of London by tube or bus. Free of charge luggage storage when you arrive early, cheap storage after check-out.

The bed was really uncomfortable, I was lucky to be very tired every evening, so I could sleep, also the noise from outside and from the corridors is very loud. The website says check-in is since noon, but we were told by the staff it is since 2pm. If you have a heavy bag, it's quite difficult to carry it to the third or fourth floor if no one tells you there's a lift about which you don't know if you can use it.

Very cheap and only 20 mins from the centre of london very close to rail link.

No customer service, very loud, extremely uncomfortable beds. Poor facilities I ask at the bar for a vodka and coke to be told they did not have coke, the breakfast was nothing to write home about!!!

Realy bad beds and cold shower

Lo que más me ha gustado es la cantidad de gente joven como nosotras que había, además del buen rollo que se respiraba entre todo el mundo -incluyendo el personal del hotel (también joven)-. Me ha encantado poder hacer amigos de diferentes lugares del mundo, y los chicos de la recepción todos muy simpáticos, además de que te ayudan en lo que puedan. Además hay una estaciçon de metro justo en frente y una parada de bus que tiene buenas conexiones, llendo con amigos repetiría la experiencia sin dudarlo.

No estaba demasiado limpio, pero era lo que me esperaba por este precio. Creo que he estado en sitios más caros y peor en cuanto a suciedad. Para pasar unos días entre colegas está perfectamente, total , en estos sitios solo se para a dormifr, así que valía perfectamente.

Solo me gusto que era limpio, al lado del underground y barato. La gente que conoci ahi tambien fue bueno pero no es parte del hostel.

La ducha en el cuarto?? Pesima idea, de verdad no se puede tener eso en un cuarto de 8 personas mixto. Las camas mas incomodas del mundo. Si quieres ahorrar, esta bien, pero en general no lo recomendaria.
