Room was dank and dirty. Looked like linen and towels were not changed. TV out of sync and bad reception. Wifi not good. Food was awful. Hairdryer was useless as it only blew for a minute and cut off for five to cool down. Definately did not live up to the Ramada name. I will not stay there again.
The only positive thing about this hotel is the location
Not clean Staff not helpful Dirty room Dirty hotel No towels No service
Free parking complimentary wifi a/c plenty of storage clean facilities a warm welcome and positive attitude from staff !!!
The kettle did not work there was no railings in the wardrobe. Not enough towels and the iron had a burnt mark
Not as clean as it could be
Very friendly staff, always available. Easy check in , check out. Good parking, easy to find
Room hadnt been dusted properly, glasses werent clean.voile curtain had big hole caused by cigarette. Walls needed some paint, just tired and in need of care.
Ample free parking and efficient staff
The room was dirty, white stains are the carpet, off white old tatty towels, stained bed linen, stained curtains very filthy and unpleasant. Tray was left outside our room the whole stay and corridors had dirty laundry on the floor.
All very unclean
It was not up to a standard I would expect from a ramarda hotel
Friendly staff More than enough FREE parking.
Tv signal poor very distorted
quick check in pleasant staff room nice bed really comfy
front of hotel could do with a sweep and clean as a bit off putting when first arriving.
We dident have a tv remote it was reported but was not delt with
Staff were helpful and indian themed menu was good.
Room was dirty - cupboards, floor, bathroom smelled of mould. Generally hotel is tired and a bit dated. It needs a revamp including a bigger dining room / bar and a gym etc. Wireless also poor. Overall a bit disappointing for a Ramada.
: The rooms are good value, quick and easy booking, polite staff. : Considering the hotel is close to the motorway once in the rooms you can hear the traffic.
: Some time the Wi-Fi is a little slow.
Staff were amazing friendly and helpful. Food was fast and tasty. Lobby was comfortable and well designed.
The room needed upgrading. Paint and the en suite was old too. Shower in bath. But they are refurbishing...
Toilets weren't clean shower was so slow didn't enjoy atall.i m gonna write to ramada head office
Had booked for One night`s stay on sat June 7th. Was greeted well by the girl at reception who gave us a room on the first floor, which when we got there had not been cleaned. Dirty towels strewn over the bathroom, the rubbish bins not emptied, bed not made. Went back down to reception where Florinda, (who informed us had only just started her shift,so could not understand why this was not done), she apologised and gave us another room on the first floor. Got to this room which was made, but us only being in the room 5 minutes, the televison had no remote so we could not get it to work.Whilst hunting for the remote we saw that the bed duvet had two big holes in it, the cushion on the bed was disgusting to say the least ( stains,I dare not say what they were),the floor behind the bed was filthy with rubbish and to cap it all off when I went to leave to go back to reception, the door frame where the chain was supposed to be was hanging off looking like it had been forced in. I could not believe this was happening and went to Reception to speak to a manager only to find that Florinda seemed to be the only person available. I then did refuse to stay and had a full refund and headed for another local hotel. we have stayed here on three previous occasions so could not believe or understand how bad the hotel has become
It was not as bad as some of the other reviews I had read - the room was mainly clean other than a few small hairs in the shower(!). It's very handy for the M5 and there's a big Asda opposite which has a great range of fresh food. For all its faults it's fairly low price.
The whole place is just tatty and run down. It needs a refurb! The mattress was very hard; pillows were just about bearable.
Did not eat at hotel other wise stay was good.
Bed room was begining to show its age/usage around the edges. Bar prices were on the steep side taken that there is a large pub across ( Well within 100 yards) where the prices were far less.
No chair in the room. One cup for two persons. One bedside table. Unusual as had stayed there before.
Pillows had not been changed when I checked in. They were changed when I asked. Staff as always were first class.
Poor cleaning standards....piss all over the toilet seat!
Great hotel for money. Good bed and bathroom. Will use again.
Felt the room was extreamly basic and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. The room felt too basic and below the standards I've came to expect from a hotel considered to be considerably above average .
