Excellent parking, very close to motorway and food was excellent. Hotel was very quiet which was a surprise considering all of the above.
Room decor maybe a little dated if I needed to find fault but nothing was a problem
Location is very convenient just next to the motorway. It's a comfortable friendly place to stay
Rooms could do with a make over
Tea coffee ketal needs to be cleaner. No teaspoons. Carpets not clean. Dark decoration in the room.
Bed very uncomfortable. Carpets very dark. Toilet to close to the door.
Location, friendly and very helpful staff.
staff was very helpfull and breakfest was good aswell
room was not to clean as dirty carpet, window and even pillows was dirty
Location. First look in and outside. Staff were friendly and keen to help.
My bedroom curtains were dirty and my shower had like a rusty colour around it and my lamp didn't work and shower head was off putting limescale all over it... Stale brown lettuce.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel itself appeared very clean.
On the evening we stayed we sat down in the restaurant for our evening meal, we ordered 2 drinks and our meal, the drinks were served and we never saw a soul for 45 -55 mins, not even to ask if we wanted out drinks replenished, we finally got up to leave and were told the meal was on its way, therefore we strongly would not recommend the restaurant. Our room was very clean but the lighting very poor and the shower very poor also (needed descaling).
Excellent curry in the restaurant. Well located Value for money
Tired rooms, that could be cleaner.
Big bed Freeview
Bathroom Thin walls
staff friendly and helpful. breakfast was tasty and plentifull.
although comfortable could do with a bit of redecoration.
Staff and the room
Bathroom could be a bit better
Handy for us to walk to a party. Good choice at breakfast. Reception staff very helpful
Lots of dust in the bedroom. Carpets need a good clean. Dining room chairs were filthy
The carpets needed a Hoover
Reasonable accommodation price Free WiFi Easy location, close to M5 Friendly & polite reception staff
WiFi slow at times Breakfast expensive Some traffic noise from main road
The location of this hotel is really good easy access as we have our annual conference nearby. The Beds are comfortable staff are friendly breakfast really good and the price paid is good value for money. Bev, Sheffield UK
The only negative is that the cleaning of the room I stayed in was definitely lacking.. The main area were clean beds bathroom and shower but the net curtains were filthy and it was very evident that the cleaning staff had not cleaned behind the bedside table in months as they were thick with dust and cobwebs. The other area that requires attention is the decor as in mine and my girlfriend's room there were water stains on the ceilings were there had been evidence of a leak. The hotel just needs to sort out its maintenance and cleaning issues and they would be great.
Thought over priced for one night stay
All of it
Receptionist was excellent, it was ideal for what we needed.
The hallways are smelly with grubby carpets
The staff on reception, the room and facilities. I also very much appreciated the availability of Wi-Fi. The parking was good also.
The attendance and service in the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't busy but I had to wait a good while to be seated even though I made it known that I wanted to eat. I was basically ignored for almost half an hour. When I approached the reception to ask for the nearest alternative restaurant, the girl on the reception who was excellent, told me she would get someone to deal with me if I returned. I was then overcharged for my meal (I was charged for something I didn't have) but didn't notice until reviewing the bill the day after. The staff in the restaurant were basically very inexperienced. I wouldn't blame the staff who served me as much as the management for not having any experienced staff available or training the staff available to deal with customers professionally.
The quality of the bathroom and fittings was superb - all porcelenosa excellent quality. The fitments in the hotel were of superior quality. Staff were helpful and friendly
No dinner in hotel Looked like a ghost hotel when arriving almost drove straight out again - but we were surprised.
Room was dank and dirty. Looked like linen and towels were not changed. TV out of sync and bad reception. Wifi not good. Food was awful. Hairdryer was useless as it only blew for a minute and cut off for five to cool down. Definately did not live up to the Ramada name. I will not stay there again.
Very dirty hotel.
The only positive thing about this hotel is the location
Not clean Staff not helpful Dirty room Dirty hotel No towels No service
Free parking complimentary wifi a/c plenty of storage clean facilities a warm welcome and positive attitude from staff !!!
The kettle did not work there was no railings in the wardrobe. Not enough towels and the iron had a burnt mark
