Very well located for the centre of Sheffield. Great staff and very confortable room. Entrance was not easy to find due to closed garage partially obscuring the entrance.

The staff were excellent - very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my trip. The flow of water in the shower was not very good so it took ages to shower.

Staff were superb. Very welcoming. Room was a better standard than I had expected for the price. The young girl behind the bar was very friendly and chatty. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and accommodating (think her name was Gemma). I travel for a living and generally avoid chain hotels. But I will be staying here again. Nothing really to moan about. Payable WiFi is the only oddity.

Very spatious and comfortable rooms. Staff were very accomodating. Nice feel to the hotel also. Both of the rooms I had booked were opposite each other which was very much appreciated.

The location next to the Quayside was superb as it allowed the family to go on run/walk beside the canal and river. Great location for shopping, the Peak District and visiting Sheffield University.

Good room service. Stella recommended and you must try the Burger with home cooked chips awesome. The decor . fixtures and fittings are all very dated and are due modernization. Bed very uncomfortable. Bedding was very poor pillow cases didn't match the pillows. Duvet was very thin and of poor quality. Bathroom was very dated and shower had a shower curtain not a screen. Overall very disappointed

the location was the only good thing (1) The internet was not for free, even that computerin the lobby was for an expensive charge. (2) Room cleaning in the next day of the stay was significantly poor.
