I enjoyed the breakfast facilities and bar area with friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a room that had previously had a smoker in there and the smell down the corridor was not appealing. I am a smoker and go outside to have a cigarette myself so that I cause no discomfort for other guests. |

Value for money was very good. Breakfast wasn't brilliant, but I didnt realistically expect anything more for the money. It was nicely located, but looks very grim on arrival due to derelict building next door. |

The staff were very helpfull and polite. The room was clean and provided nice toiletries. The location perfect for the O2 Acadamy just a ten min walk, with some lovely bars on the way. Very good value for money I could smell cigerette smoke and the room smelled a little fusty . But I have to say I never stated that I wanted to be placed in a non smoking room, the problem was minor and an air freshener would have sorted it. |
