Helpful staff, clean room and all you can eat breakfast! All in all a good stay.

Parking cost, although hotel reduced daily rate to £7.50.

Proximity to Ponds Forge Clean

Was basic and dated and we had to move beds to make it a twin. I would not like to have used the sofa bed. Temperature in room difficult to control Parking confusing as there was a car park directly behind hotel but the one recomended was a short walk. We booked the hotel because of the Radisson name and reputation not realising that Radisson had very little to do with this hotel

The staff at this hotel were lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was large and much better than we expected for the price we paid. Breakfast was really good, plentiful and kept well stocked. The only downside was that it's location is on the edge of the city centre, with a walk along a very deserted road. Not a walk you might want to do in the dark. However, it's so close to the city centre and station that a taxi is very affordable.

The main reason for booking the Park Inn hotel was location but also that you could book a triple room for 3 adults and it was an excellent price. After booking I read some negative reviews and so wasn't sure if I had done the right thing but I certainly had nothing to worry about. The directions on the hotel website to the q car park were excellent and we went straight there with no problems and the hotel was straight across the road. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean. The bar man was very friendly and chatty and we were surprised how reasonable the drinks were. Breakfast was great and again the staff were very friendly and helpful and were continually doing something to keep the restaurant clean and the food replenished. Would definitely use this hotel again if I need to go to stay in Sheffield.

Close to ponds forge and shops but far enough away to be quiet at night

As we had to leave early each morning we missed the breakfast. We were however given a 'take away' breakfast which was ok

Adjacent subsidised car park, excellent english breakfast with choice of eggs freshly cooked easy to find from motorway, walking distance to tram terminus, comfortable adequate room.

Tatty looking, reception staff not welcoming on check in but different girl the next day was fine, dining furniture was stained and dirty, no instructions on taps for basin and bath resulting in drinking warm water

I wanted a room with 3 single beds and Park Inn was one of only 2 hotels in Sheffield which could offer this. The price was good too.

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable

We wanted to be close to the centre o the city. We wanted excellent value for money accmadation.We wanted good service and hospitality.At the Park Inn Sheffield we acheived everything that we looked for.The staff were absolutely brilliant

You cant do anything about the weather so we have simply no complaints
