The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and the whole stay was extremely good value for money. |

Very friendly and helpfull staff, Excellent choice of breakfast with evening meals available. Good quality. Room was a nice size, very clean and warm with every facility available. Car parking in the grounds of the Hotel was a definate advantage. Nothing really, but more of a sitting area outside would have been an advantage. |

Location, standards at the hotel and the husband and wife team. On site parking was a big bonus. I booked this hotel as a break for my parents. They came back with rave reviews. The location and standards at the hotel were amazing and a testament to the effort and consideration of the owners, a family team who made their stay excellent and they have already said they want to go back again soon! |

The room has been cleaned every day but only parts of it. The sink in the shower had 2 days minimum no cleaning - and the carpet never has been touched. I saw some garbage from the previous people until I left. There is no nice place outside the hotel to sit if the weather is nice - so I had to go to parks to read in the sun. |

The hotel was a lovely place to stay and near to the beach and all amenities. The bedroom was spacious with high ceilings and large windows, we had a huge bed with very nice cotton bedding in white and very nice bathroom with a bath and shower, again with very nice white fluffy towels. The staff were friendly and very helpful. |

The hotel was clean, tidy and well presented! Breakfast was good and the staff where always willing to help! A trouble free stay! Would recommend to others! Nothing! T.V signal was abit hit and miss, but for time he T.V was actually on, it didn't matter at all! |

Very friendly owners and comfortable, clean room. Huge choice of breakfast, from healthy to unhealthy (but delicious). Short walk to the seafront and the exhibition centre. Would highly recommend this hotel. |

Die Eigentümer haben uns als Gäste sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist familiär und sehr freundlich, v.a. an der kleinen Bar. Außerdem haben die Besitzer einen sehr netten kleinen Hund (Chip, Jack Russell Terrier). |
