Its location is only a short walking distance from centre. its a comfortable quiet hotel with excellent friendly staff. I would definately recommend the restaraunt for evening dining. |

The Breakfast room was good and the food and service were very satisfactory. The bedroom and bathroom were not entirely satisfactory, especially bedcover/duvet. |

Reception and bar areas. Good breakfast. Room was adequate but somewhat tired in appearance. Traffic noise was unbearable with windows open both day and night |

The hotel staff were extremely efficient and accommodating. They were very pleasant and courteous and immensely helpful throughout our stay.Should we return to St Helier again, we would definitely book this hotel for our stay. Thankyou to all the staff who dealt with our booking. |

The staff were very helpful and polite and the room had good facilities - including a bath in the ensuite and iron/ironing board in the room. As per the reviews, the breakfasts were lovely. The rooms could do with some redecoration - they look a tad old fashioned compared to the reception area/restaurant/bar of the hotel. Also the blankets/sheets on the bed were old fashioned and we were cold during the night. |

Very good breakfast with excellent service from pleasant staff. Very clean throughout. Helpful reception desk Swimming pool was so cold that I couldn't swim - it was supposed to be heated! Room was quite small and had no easy chairs. Dinner was very expensive |

The hotel was well situated and the public areas were very well presented. Breakfast and the breakfast room very good. The bedroom, and particularly the bed linen and covers were very dated and very tired. This is a turnoff for me, and I am sure many other travellers would feel the same way. Not conducive to real relaxation in one's room. |

Very good breakfast. Spacious room. Friendly staff. The carpet in the bedroom was filthy. I had to talk personally to one of the cleaners to get it cleaned. Bed light lamp not working, they took two days to get it repaired. |

Convenient location; wifi in the hotel, although didn't work in my room. Very basic considering it's 4star rating. No douvet on bed, just old fashioned blankets. Wifi didn't work in room. Noisey as Walls very thin |

On arrival the hotel looked impressive and well refurbished including the reception area and bar/lounge area. These areas were kept very clean and tidy at all time. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic when approched and completed request/task with a smile. Pool area was nice to sit and relax but pool not accessible. Food in the hotel was excellent. Our room did not live up to the standard of the refurbishment but had all that was necessary(did have a slight odour on entering.) Cleaning on one ocassion could have been better, staff were friendly. Pool always seemed cold for morning swim which would have been enjoyable. Noise from other residents from the above room was a problem through the night. |

The staff were freindly and the resturant was good, When I arrive was given a single room when I had booked a double when I requeested a double I was told than they were all fully booked. Was not informed that there was a wedding on the Saturday and the function room was next to my room, |

Enjoyed the pool, and the deckchairs in the courtyard. Staff was very attentive and helpfull. Location was good, for our purposes. The gym was very small and not too well equipped. Would really have enjoyed a spa-bath, sauna or steamroom too. Would have liked a duvet rather than all those blankets. |
