Bathroom was not so good, I have stayed in much better hotels for much less than £97. It just looks a little tired.

Good full service hotel. Friendly staff and good food. Comfortable bed which is priceless compared to other hotels.

Very poor shower utilities. Velocity was weak and made showering a bit of a joke. That was the only thing that spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay. Are there business facilities such as a computer / printer to utilize?

Can't think of anything. We had a nice room with sea view, nice and warm and comfortable.

Clean and good value.

Hard to find staff on occasions. Reception and bar not always attended.

The staff was very welcoming from checking to departure. We had lunch in the restaurant which was faultless with lovely views. Would certainly stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Food was lovely. The reception staff didn't mind having a chat with my 80 year old Dad - Thank you.

Really picky - I prefer butter rather than margarine. I paid a little more for my double room than my parents twin, so I could have a sea view. However, they got a sea view and a balcony!!! Something that kept us laughing for two days.

Well it's a bit old now, and they need to take care with the double glazing (facing the sea and with draughty gaps is not a good combination!) and some quirky radiators (will work/won't work - so fingers crossed!!).

Well located on the best beach of Lowestoft and yet in a quiet spot with morning sunshine in the breakfast room. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was quick and good quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy and free parking.

A bit far from shops and other services. Price a little on the high side for Lowestoft.

Where it is situated. From bedroom fantasic views of beautiful beach and sea. Food very good and well served. Staff professional but friendly. Bedroom comfortable, constant hot water in bathroom

It was nearly very nice but kept missing.....sandwich had strips of fat in it, bacon undercooked, staff a bit miserable (except the evening receptionist)

The relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff.

No fuss, smooth, efficient admin. process. No fuss when I called to say we wouldn't be checking in until after midnight. No fuss when I asked to leave the car in the car park for a couple of hours after checking out. Lovely, chatty, friendly staff interested in our trip (which was to go to the nearby Latitude Festival). Lovely breakfast.

The bath took nearly an hour to fill! The plumbing needs updating!

Food at the resturaunt was not fresh as advertised more like any pub frozen meals---spoilt the weekend very dissapointing.

It is ideally located for town and/or beach front. Lovely location and not too big. Have stayed at the hotel before and, if anything, it has improved. Staff are really friendly

I couldn't get a sea-view room, all taken. I shall book earlier next time.
