It was convenient to where we were going.

We were delighted to find out that we had our own kitchen with full cooking facilities. It's a great way to save money as you don't have to go out to eat all the time, especially as one of us has complicated dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a huge advantage not to have to carry around a key the whole time and not have to worry about losing it.

The payment process was and still remains a bit of a mystery to me as I have a sum of money frozen on my card that is way higher than the room was supposed to be...

Liked the fact that I could come and go as I pleased with front door and room codes.I walked all over the centre and the hotel was just across the water from the centre.

    Nothing in particlular

It was conveniently situated for where we needed to be. It had secure car parking - though not much, so I was probably lucky to be able to book that. It had the basic hotel facilities - ensuite, TV etc and it was useful having a large fridge in the room. There was also a well-equipped shared kitchen.

The bathroom had not been well cleaned - bits of previous guests' toothpaste still adhered to the wall. The room was curiously hot (though the heating was not on) and we had to sleep with windows open, so very aware of passing revelers and early-rising seagulls. A fan or two would have been useful.

Clean room, good facilities in room for one person. Helpful concierge.

Pre-check in information poor (had to chase Hotel re: room code, car parking etc), once checked in it was fine.

The premises are clean, and exactly what you expect - as per site description. The staff were helpful with my request to change teh accommodation. Access was simple (the system first time round might be a bit of an anxiety for some but easy once you know how). We stayed for the Balloon Fiesta and was only a short walk to the site (40mins) rather than driving or catching a shuttle bus (given the crowds this was a genius solution!).

Waiting for the access codes and information was a bit nerve-wracking. But once we had the codes was easy. I did try to call the hotel a couple of times and the staff had poor English - so although incredibly helpful, I was anxious that they had understood my changes. The area of the accommodation does not look great at first glance; it feels a bit run-down... but the little pub on the corner was friendly and NOT full of students. Its on a slight hill so may be difficult for some.

The lady who was on duty at the time was excellent and very friendly and treated us brilliantly.

The furniture was cheap and just about holding together. Better not to buy flat pack !

clean and friendly staff. in city centre, a close walk from shopping central etc. Nice rooms.

terrible coffee and tea making facilities. should have a kettle in rooms but it is an ancient vending machine. Take your own and just pay for hot water.

The kitchen that allowed for self-catering. Nice private location. Lovely room.

Bit confusing when we first arrived as we didn't realise we needed to know a code to come and go.

No hot water in the morning. Couldn't open secure parking in the morning making me late for a flight at Bristol airport. No one on helpline number was told to leave a message or look on website.

No staff available onsite, but helpful when phoned before hand. Contact details available at entrance if problems. Like the easy to use system. Quiet location - not too far from city centre- 20mins walk. Cost was most important aspect as most hotels double cost over busy weekend.

Wardrobe not too secure, and furniture basic - although adequate.

Automated doors on arrival! Had to call hotel straight away as my door didn't lock when vacating the room! Had an hours delay when leaving due to secure car parking shutters not working. Was very noisy at night with the fridge motor kicking in, church bells ringing on the hour ever hour throughout the night. Would def not stay here again!!!!!! Overall bad experiance as a single female.

Hotel24Seven is a great budget accommodation with clean, tidy rooms, a stack of fresh towels and toiletries provided. The rooms have neutral decoration, but are very nicely presented.

My only complaint was that latch on my ground floor window was broken, which meant if anybody had pulled on my window from outside they could have got straight into my room. I'm guessing this was just a one off maintenance issue though.

Very clear, lovely hotel with friendly hosts. Location is very good: it is nearfar from the downton and also nearby is pab.But the area is really quiet, so you will have a good rest. Parkin on the street is free. Inside - a small lovely backyard. Free Wi-Fi and big kitchen with a lot of stuff.

We didn't get the e-mail with code for the entrance door. But we bell in the ring and hosts put us in and gave the code for the room and the main door. Shower ventilator gives some noise. But in automatically makes off in 10-15 minutes after switch-off lights.
