La ubicación, está a pocos minutos del centro. Es una zona muy tranquila.

Cuando llegamos para dejar las maletas, la puerta estaba cerrada y tuvimos que llamar a un número de teléfono que ponía en la puerta. A los 10 minutos vino un chico a abrirnos, nos dio el código de acceso y la habitación. Ya no vimos a nadie del personal del hotel en 5 días. Tampoco hicieron la cama durante toda la estancia.

Mucha tranquilidad, limpio, todas las instrucciones muy claras.

La nevera ruidosa, no posibilidad de desayuno

Tenía cocina y estaba bien equipada. La conexión wifi a internet está incluida en el precio de la habitación. Está a unos 10 minutos del centro de Bristol.

El cuarto de baño no estaba limpio, la nevera tenía restos de comida de algún huésped anterior y no tiene ascensor.

Location is good, very close to supermarkets and a commercial street; I booked a double room, the room is big and nice; Cost is reasonable.

The 'no reception and self checkin' idea is kind of puzzling for first-time customers, as we may not carefully read through the guidance email. But objectively speaking, if you are not a first-time customer or you read their guidance email carefully, this will work; The most annoying problem is the WIFI signal strength is so weak that you can hardly get access in upstairs room.

Shared toilets,no cups etc.in room, bed was very hard....did not sleep at all due to noisy neighbours being rather loud in every aspect!doors slamming, thought at one stage they were coming through the wall with the marathon loud screaming love making sessions all night!not very child friendly in that respect as walls are so thin if you get neighbours that have no consideration for other guests!paid more for parking has no change was able to be given,could not get into building as no code given in email,lucky for us that someone was on duty,although language barrier was difficult for me to understand,my opinions are nothing personal to the owners,but I really would not recommend this hotel if you want rest or have children.

Price. Clean room and bedding.

Getting in was a bore - first at the wrong door, as there was also entry round the back for other bedrooms. I hadn't been sent bedroom number or access code and had to ring. Then OK.

The location was ideal for where we needed to be

Booked a delux room with a king size bed& a leather sofa, but on arrival we were told that all the rooms were the same. The room was very small and shabby , the bed was too short for my partner and there was no reception. We had to ring a mobile no to get someone to let us in. Take soap etc with you because nothing is supplied. Felt like a sad, but clean hostel not a hotel

- the code for the front door wasn't working so we had trouble getting in - they charged me twice for the stay and would not correct their error on the phone when I called to make them aware of it, I am still waiting for my refund to come through or for them to acknowledge the email that I sent to them. - the location was not the central location that was advertised

value for money, local to harbour. well furnished for the cost. spacious bathroom.

stayed at the self catering part of the hotel entry was by electronically controlled doors therefore no contact or greeting by anyone.

The location was convenient, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Denied booking initially until I argued the point and showed them an email. Had to change location to different building. No parking even though I had paid for parking. Very dirty room. TV didn't work.

We had a good stay for one night though there was a muddle up on the rooms. We'd booked a superior double with sofa and desk and our room had neither and was very small. We rang to query this and to their credit they offered to switch us to the room we should have had which was much better. For an overnight stay it was basic and cheap but clean, comfortable and quiet. Access to a well equipped kitchen was a real bonus for us as it gave a lot of freedom and flexibility. It was a good day, had a bit of an 'up market backpackers' feel to it but this didn't bother us as it served its purpose well.

Be careful with the rooms you get, they said there had been several mix ups. They did swap us though. Aside from that there wasn't much to fault, the furniture in the rooms is very cheap and basic but it did the job!

As I booked this hotel as a last minute booking through Booking.com at a special offer rate, I was more than impressed with Hotel24seven. It is located in a very quiet area of the city, but within walking distance of the centre. We only stayed one night after a drop off at the airport, but will definitely use again.

Great location for me , suppermarket very near and easy walk in too bristol !

Parking is a little tight .

no milk with the tea, coffee & kettle. was not advised earlier that it was unattended. Only by chance did I go on my computer to see a message with entry codes. Needs a direct emergency number.

I went to a metal gig, had to crash. It was ok.

We had a room with its own shower room. The room was spacious and clean and opened onto a small courtyard. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for an easy walk into the harbourside area of the city and a short walk to a huge Asda. I'd certainly use the hotel again if visiting Bristol.

Location nice

No hot water in shower! Constant front door slamming. I paid £7.50 for secure off road parking, when I enquired as to where the fob was to gain access to the secure parking area I was told that if i'm in room 201 I was supposed to park on the driveway??, This defeated the whole object of secure off road parking as my vehicle was a prized valuable classic car. Couldn't get tv to work.

Ease of use of access codes. The style of hotel was new to me and took some getting used to but I actually really enjoyed my stay. Close vicinity to supermarket negated the need for catering staff; kitchen for self catering on-site.

The coffee machine didn't have enough coffee in it (very picky sorry). The lack of permanent reception staff meant that it was slightly impersonal, but again that is being picky.
