The location between hammersmith and shepherds bush, easy access from heathrow on picadilly line. Beds were clean, breakfast was adequate
room was cold, we were given a plug in blow heater to warm it up, general attention to detail lacking, shower head needed to be replaced as water sprayed in many directions, mildew on the wood around the shower
Location is excellent with very good connections to city center. Nice restaurants and shops also in Hammersmith neighbourhood and less crowded.
Bed was little bit "tired" already
The people at the hotel were nice. This means a lot when you have people that are courteous and helpful. The location to the London Underground (The Tube) is pretty good and you have restaurants and coffee shops close by. The prices of London hotels are too much for someone like me so this does the job well to sleep and shower only
This place is small. Barely big enough for one person as it's an old Victorian style home converted to a hotel. It's not very comfy, but you're hear to see the city and so you're there to sleep show and drop your stuff off... so it can work for a single or close couple only.
Hotel is in a good location for Westfield Shopping Centre. Lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Within 10 minute walking distance of 3 tube stations so Hotel is very easy to find.
Rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for as the cost is very cheap for central London.
The location was great, with 10 minutes walk to Hammersmith tube station and 25 minutes long ride to Westminster. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean. There wasn't any noise from the outside, but we could hear our neighbours from other rooms.
Recepcionists were lazy, unfriendly or not even at the recepcion when you need them. The room and the bathroom were very small. The smell from the hall was awful.
The room was tiny, the carpet hadn't been hoovered in days (or even weeks),
Easy walking distance to where we wanted to.
Basic hotel, but value for money, felt rushed at breakfast!
Location and price suited me. Girl on reception very nice.
The place is in dire need of upgrading. Furniture falling to bits and worn out.
Small but stylish bathroom. Great shower. Breakfast (taken in smart large room) included - plenty of good coffee! Good value - would happily stay again.
Basement room suffered from door/floor noise from above. No curtain on window onto walled yard.
As a Budget hotel in London it was fine for an overnight stay .
Good location to Hammersmith and the Eventim Apollo Breakfast is good value
Rooms are a little small but good for a one night stopover
friendly, efficient staff at breakfast
but very basic 'continental' breakfast, ie cereals and toast
The location is 10 mins from Goldhawk Rd & Hammersmith tube Stns. We had a twin room in one of the annexes, no73. This was not as clean looking as no75 and our room was adequate in size for 1 night apart from the tiny bathroom which you could not move in. The breakfast was great & served at no75, fruit juice, as much fresh coffee as you wanted, toast, jams, muffins.
The beds were so uncomfortable as the springs dug in on the mattresses which were very old and desperately need replacing. The landing & our room needed a good clean as they did not look like they had been vacuumed for a while.
Good location and travel links to city centre. Nice quite room - admittedly at back of hotel. WI-fi worked ok. Staff were pleasent and helpful. Basic but filling breakfasr.
Good location for Hammersmith Apollo that we were going to
The continental breakfast was only cereal or toast
- location: close to Picadilly and Central underground lines - efficient, hard-working staff and friendly staff
- four beds crammed in a room that is not big enough for that many beds - just one small bed-table (3 drawers) and one under-TV table (5 drawers) for four people, no wardrobe, no shelves to put clothes/other personal belongings on - poor wi-fi signal, impossible to connect to the internet, which was probably due to the sub-terrain/cellar location of our room
We can not fault the friendly, helpful service from the staff. I had read some reviews and was worried, the hotel was clean, comfortable. We had a basement room absolutely no problems at all thank you
Very basic continental breakfast, but the coffee was very good
- Bath room dirty - Towels dirty - Beds old bad and damaged - Room wasn't locker after service whole day as we came back in the evening
Warmth and cleanliness of room.
Direction of room. Had to go 200 metres down the road to hotel 45 for our room. When we were on the ground floor. Message wasn't passed on.
Location, very close to Underground and bus. good beds and TV.
Bathroom smaller than in the airplane. No chair at all to sit in the room.
For a budget hotel, this was a good little place. Everywhere was clean and tidy, and the staff were very polite and helpful. We were able to drop our cases off prior to check in, and were more than happy for us to leave them after check out. Breakfast was good and you were given ample amounts of toast, cereal and hot or cold drinks. We stayed in a quadruple room and had ample room. There was tea and coffee facilities in their as well as fresh towels and a hairdryer. I would stay here again if I was visiting London :)
Room comfortable, tea and coffee in room, television and lined curtains at windows, breakfast basic but plentiful, coffee, juice, crossaints, toast, jams and cheese, staff friendly and helpful, could also leave luggage safely on day of departure till ready to leave, 10 min walk from tube station, would stay again if needed to be in that area.
Reception staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds and nice room for a solo traveller.
Breakfast staff the first morning was very rude, cleaning the table around me while I ate. My room was across the street (which I wasn't aware of when I booked) The bathroom was very modern, however the room was very small and there was no door on the shower, so inevitably, the room was soaked after a shower.
