Location, room, wifi. The staff. First of all, due to incompetence of the staff we've had major problems with our payment, which looked like a credit card fraud. Eventually they've somehow managed to block the whole payment for our stay(a considerable sum of about 1.5k dollars) twice. Because of their technical mistake I was refused access to my room and faced a long and unpleasant conversation with the hotel employee, who didn't acknowledge the mistake even after the payment went through. Back at home I learned that they charged my card once again, leaving the whole sum blocked at the first day frozen and thus still accessible to them. I had to resolve this problem with my bank and then I've tried to make a complaint to the hotel manager by phone, but the same lady on reception was absolutely rude to me, yelling at me and refusing to tell her name and then simply hanging up.

The price was excellent for the amenities it provided. Close enough for 3 underground kai overground metro system. A bus station just outside of the hotel. Maybe the space of the rooms. We booked a four bedroom room (although we were 3 people staying) and it was a bit small. And it would be a good idea to have a refrigerator in the rooms.

While the hotel generally falls into the band of central London's small privately owned budget hotels with all their pros and cons, there've been a couple of things I liked about it. These particularly included polite and friendly reception and kitchen staff, good location (bus stop right in front of the door or 5-10 minutes walk to Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush tube stations), the possibility to leave bags at the reception after checking out to collect them later at no charge. There've also been a couple of things I didn't like about the hotel. These mainly concerned the room service. First, we've only got two shampoo bags in the bathroom. Although we have used both bags in the first day of our stay, the shampoo has never been replaced on subsequent two days of our stay. In addition, it was really dumb and didn't even try to emulate lathering. Happily, we were lucky enough to have been given a couple of taster bags of branded shampoo on the street, and that helped us to overcome this problem :). The tea bags have also never been replaced. Next, the quality of WiFi was really poor. Our room was in the second building ("Hotel 73"), while the hot spot was apparently located in the main one. I cannot say that it was totally unusable (one could have even walked through Google street view with certain level of patience), but it was just too slow and unstable. The walls in the hotel are really thin, and a group of young and proud guys in the room next door were bringing a sort of diversity to our late afternoons all the days of our stay.

It is very close to bus station, close to underground stations. It is situated on main street but it is not very noisy. Staff is very friendly. The man on reception is very kind. The staff on breakfast is very diligent. The room is enough for our purpose - heating was working and hot water was in bathroom. We had Wifi in our room. It was satisfactory clean. Hotel hasn´t lift. We was under roof I lived there with my daughter but I came first and I had to carry my two suitcases into our room. One of them had more then 20kilos. Our room had 3 bed but only had no wardrobe. Only one open box for hunging. We have our things in suitcases. If we were three or we stayed for more days it didn´t enough. Furniture was old, not very clean. But beds are clean, sheets are clear, towels too. Bathroom could be more clean, but it was possible to use without any problems.

Good location for Londons main attractions situated near to museums and only a short tube ride away from central London. Situated in a nice area of London. Affordable price for location. Hotel building is old, rooms are small, bathrooms are very small. Noisey plumbing can be an issue at night. My room had no TV remote so could not use the tv. Was quite cold at night as there was no heating.

Friendly staff at reception. We stayed in the building 61 which had been recently refurbished. We were put in a ground floor room at the back so there was little noise from the traffic. Breakfast in the morning was simple but sufficient. Value for money at this hotel is excellent!

Rooms were warm and comfortable, with tea and coffee. Good location with lots of tube/busses going into the centre and there is a huge shopping centre just up the road. Free wi-fi was a bonus, the reception staff were very helpful with travel advice and information on local restaurants and shopping etc. Breakfast, although a little noisy due to a school group was quickly served and there was lots of it. I would definitely stay again!

I liked the location and thought the outside of the hotel looked very nice. The quality of things in the room was poor, things were falling apart and the heating was hardly on and was very cold. Also the shower had a heat timer which we did not know about so we ended up having cold showers. Not that great but it didn't bother us too much.

Was close to where my convention had been taken place. We had to get moved three times and the 3rd room was as bad as the first but where just feed up at this time we went wit it. How they fitted three beds in I'll never know, was like stayin in a shoe box and nowhere to unpack, no wardrobe or drawers, no kettle only two plugs my partner had no mirror to get ready or dry her hair, I could go on, and we stayed there for four nights so not recommended, 1 night bearable but for extra 20 we could've stayed premier inn.
