Location, room, wifi. The staff. First of all, due to incompetence of the staff we've had major problems with our payment, which looked like a credit card fraud. Eventually they've somehow managed to block the whole payment for our stay(a considerable sum of about 1.5k dollars) twice. Because of their technical mistake I was refused access to my room and faced a long and unpleasant conversation with the hotel employee, who didn't acknowledge the mistake even after the payment went through. Back at home I learned that they charged my card once again, leaving the whole sum blocked at the first day frozen and thus still accessible to them. I had to resolve this problem with my bank and then I've tried to make a complaint to the hotel manager by phone, but the same lady on reception was absolutely rude to me, yelling at me and refusing to tell her name and then simply hanging up.

Hotel is in a good location with ample shopping close by. Tube station is very close so there's access to the whole of London. Cheap price and very clean and comfy. Breakfast was well delivered. Room was a little cold, no central heating on but to be fair we never mentioned it to the staff.

Ideal location for the BBC/Westfield if attending a show or want a shopping experience. Bus stop outside the front door is a big plus and close to the tube lines.

The buffet restaurant had a decent array of food. The airconditioner was broken in our room and they never fixed it. A lot of other people had the same problem

I liked pretty much everything, this hotel is very much made for me. Whilst on holiday I like to spend as much time visiting the place I'm staying at (in this case London), and use the hotel for bed and breakfast. And what good bedding that was!!! The cleanliness in my room was amazing, the room looks very much like in the photos provided by the hotel themselves. The en-suite was also extreamly clean and the shower had very good water pressure (I never opened the tap fully!!) The continental breakfast consisted of coffee/tea/hot-chocolate, orange juice, toast (with jam and/or butter) and cereal (with milk) all of which you can get unlimited refills without extra costs, thus you can really start the day bright. Location is splendid in between two underground stations which pretty much serve the most important lines. Also close by is what I was told is Europe's largest shopping complex, Westfield at Shepherd's Bush. I was in a quad room with my sister and parents, the room seemed slightly too small.

Great breakfast, fast service. Very nice room and new bathrooms. Security locked rooms. Good value for money. Staff never smiled and were often talking with raised, aggressive voices at each other in their language (non-English). A bit of a distance to tube station to walk with 3 year old.

Close to Westfield Shopping Center, 10 minutes by foot to the Shepherd's Bush Metro station ( central line), room never cold even in december, european breakfast enoghly good. Room clean TV didn't work in my room ( yes in my friend's room), rooms with Shower cold after few minutes ( not in my room but yes in my friend's room), location not well specified: the Hotel consists of several buildings, if you travel with friends can happen that you are in separate and not adjacent builidings ( not a big problem but it should be better if it was specified), not shampoo and conditioner samples in the bathroom, only 1 little tablet of soap each day. Only 1 little towel each person, for hands and shower

Was close to where my convention had been taken place. We had to get moved three times and the 3rd room was as bad as the first but where just feed up at this time we went wit it. How they fitted three beds in I'll never know, was like stayin in a shoe box and nowhere to unpack, no wardrobe or drawers, no kettle only two plugs my partner had no mirror to get ready or dry her hair, I could go on, and we stayed there for four nights so not recommended, 1 night bearable but for extra 20 we could've stayed premier inn.

The location, very close to the Hammersmith station, useful since it has a direct train to the airport through Picadilly Line. Small room, and no WiFi, I have access if I went close to the reception, although I let them know about it.

Warm, comfortable, clean and good value for London with lots of staff to serve breakfast The breakfast consisting of cereal, toast (with pieces of cheese) and tea/coffee was a bit uninspiring, but bearing in mind the price we paid for bed and breakfast we couldn't really complain.

It was very cold no heating one week before christmas. We had to go outside and along the road a couple of doors and up loads of stairs to our room. The receptionist was very unhelpfull and we checked in at 11am and had to leave our luggage in the breakfast room and told them we were going to Olympia and would be late returning. We arrived back at 11.25pm our luggage was where we left it. I trhought the hotel business was about making the customer welcome and comfortable. We will never visit Hotel 65 again!!!!!!!!!!

When I arrived at the hotel the staff were friendly. I was told that my room was down the street in a neighbouring property which was a bit odd. The rooms was a good size, but had not been vacuumed. The shower head was broken

It was close to the tube station, not as expensive as others in the area and had a nice look from the outside. The room was very tiny and you could hear anything going on in neighbouring rooms or the hallway. It was really cold and didn't seem to have heating on at all.

The location was perfect for our trip as it was very close to the friends we were visiting. It was also in close proximity to the city center and easy to get to. While the room wasn't terribly dirty/untidy we noticed water on the bathroom floor. In the morning we realised that as you flushed the toilet there was a leak at the base of the toilet and this was causing the water on the floor. The realisation that we were standing in unclean toilet water ruined what would be an acceptable level of cleanliness for the money.

Comfortable room, new carpet, freshly decorated, small but modern bathroom with large shower breakfast service very good, lots of staff, although felt that the bread used for toast was a bit flavourless...no shortage of coffee, cereal and friendly staff/owner.
