The room was very nice, the bathroom was great, our view was pretty good and the staff were very friendly. We had 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double, not enough blankets although it wasn't cold. Also, the tea and coffee supplies where lame at best, not enough tea-bags,coffee,sugar or milk!! simple things but they make all the differance... |

Convenient for where I needed to be Should be called Discomfort Inn. As basic as multinational chains can get. My room (apparently cheap at £66 though £30 would have been more accurate) was a sort of prison cell with shower pod. the building is a badly converted 1960s office block and reflects its history. the facilities were clearly aimed at the desperate. |

It was clean. I asked for a quiet room when booking. I was offered a choice of two rooms, one with a constant droning 'fan' noise and another on the street side with constant traffic noise. I did not sleep at all because of noise despite making my requirements clear on arrival. I would have expected a little more help in this area particularly as I had made it clear on the booking form? II was simply ignored. |

The rooms were spotless and there was no noise and the facilities were basic but amenable. If I may be honest, I was frustrated with the organisation at Comfort Inn. The booking was made and some personal details and debit card details were given on the website. Then when I arrived I was asked to fill out my personal details and to make payment. 'Can't you just charge the card from the website?' I asked. 'Do you have that card with you?' the receptionist asked. 'No,' I replied. So I offered to pay with another card but the card machine was broken so she asked if she could photocopy my card. I decided just to pay in cash. Then the following morning when I went for breakfast anothe receptionist asked me if I had exactly the right money for she did not have any change. I only had a note. She gave me change ten minutes or so later. |

The cleanliness of the hotel, the helpful, friendly staff and its proximity to my meeting the next day. At about 10pm -or a little later until about midnight there was the loud and constant sound of water running (to the heating?) which distracted me and stopped me sleeping. The duvet cover was synthetic and unpleasant to sleep under |

Easy check-in, luggage drop facility, room generally very clean & functional Room alongside generating or laundery rooms, so very noisy all night. TV supposed to offer freeview facility but kept losing signal, therefore impossible to watch and enjoy. Water stain in ceiling with mould growing. |

I didn't like the hotel. The traffic was very loud in my room and my in laws room in a different location. The room wasn't ready on time so we were given a room with 3 extra beds. The bathroom was extremely small. The room wasn't very clean. They don't have washclothes either. |

The location is excellent, close to transport and central London. It has adequate comfort and facilities for a short stay. The room is small, and a very compact bathroom, which for a longer stay would become claustrophobic. But it does the trick. The wifi internet in the room had good download speed and the rates were acceptable, but increasingly I'm looking for free inclusive wifi. Although it is was simple to purchase a session for my laptop, this arrangements means I can't also access wifi through my phone without a second subscription. Be careful stepping out into courtyard though - you can't get back inside, or get out onto the street! |

The room was clean and basic, fair value for central London. I have stayed here previously and the rooms on the first floor are quite spacious. On this occasion I was given a twin room on the ground floor which was extremely compact. The single beds are quite hard and narrow. |

Good location. Friendly. Seems quiet despite proximity to main road. Badly designed bathroom: lavatory seat would not stay up, glass shelf over basin gets in the way when cleaning teeth, glass shower curtain leaves one side open, shower tap impossible to read without glasses, and no floor towel or non-slip mat provided. No alarm clock, and phone several yards from bed. |

Rooms clean and tidy, plenty of space and large bathroom. Good basic features including tv, tea/coffee facilities and hair dryer in room. Very good value for money Charge for car parking in hotel's (small) car park was too expensive at £18 per day. Luckily it was a bank holiday when I stayed, so I could park in local residential area - this was not desirable however. |

Hotel was alot further from the tube than expected. We booked a family room and got a basement double room with the squeakiest set on bunk beds squeezed in to the room. Tiniest bathroom in the world and the hairdryer never worked. Not ideal for families - breakfast finished by 9.30am so we ate out each day. |

Very good location. 5 mins walk from Vauhall station from where you can go anywhere. Additional 10 mins with bus or train to central city. Not a typical "Victorian style" British narrow hotel. More like a Swedish Scandic hotel style. Good room prices. Worth the money! 18 GBP fee/night for car parking!! |

The reception staff were very helpful and kind. They sorted us an alternative room as I wasn't ready straight away with no messing. It was very clean and had a fantastic nights sleep. It was 5 mins walk to Vauxhall underground station. Would definately visit again. |

There was nothing that we could say we liked about the hotel. It is a basic hotel more suitable for people stoppiing short stay. Not for the 6 nights which we stayed. We were put in room 031 on the ground floor. We had wanted a triple room but were given a double, with a campbed and bunk beds. So there was not a lot of room. We were woken every morning by deliveries and the door banging. We would not stay again. Glad we were out most of the day. |
