Excellent value for money "budget" hotel. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a good value stop in Manchester/Salford. The location is a bit out of the City, however the value more than made up for this.

Its location for Old Trafford was good, I think it was good value for money and the bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good selection to choose from. The bathroom could do with a face lift , ie the grouting on the tiles made the room look very tired, but you are paying for a budget hotel and not a 5 star room.

Great location, walking distance to Old Trafford Statium- the reason for our visit Lovely French lady working the dinning room, happy to accommodate to requests. Bathroom appears clean and tidy but is old and stained. Tile, bathtub, limescale etc. Had an odd cigarette? Residue smell to room although was a non smoking room.

Chosen for location as we were visiting Sounds From The Other City music day but not too far out of Manchester city centre for other visitors. Double room not huge but very clean and everything worked fine including a good shower. Staff appeared friendly and efficient during our stay. Had full breakfast which was good value for the price. Hotel very quiet during the night and no road noise heard in our room. Secure free parking an added bonus at this hotel. Will no doubt stay again next year. Nothing really for the price we paid.

Smart modern hotel totally clean with good facilities. Friendly and charming receptionist. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent free and secure parking. Not the hotel, but although close to City centre only one bus route, number 33, passes and is a very poor service.

Cheapness of accomodation. Rooms had alot of cobwebs. The decor is dated and in need of freshening up some what. Poor repair jobs. The bed could do with some coaster plates to stop the wheels from moving. Everey time we knocked the bed, it moved. I try sitting up against the head board and the bed kept sliding away. More Brew facilities. ie sugar, coffee etc. There is only enough their for one person to have one brew, let alone two people.

The location is ideal for city center shopping. The price of food is far to high, eg, from 7:00am you can get a full cooked breakfast for £3.50 at the supermarket accross the road.

The Campanile is clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The price we paid included a continental breakfast which was very nice and a cooked breakfast was available for a small charge. It has free parking and is ideally situated for access to Manchester centre and Deansgate is only a ten minute walk away. There is a shopping complex next door which includes a Sainsbury's supermarket, tk Maxx, Argos etc. Canal Street costs approx £5 to get to in a taxi or is about a 20 minute walk.

It was perfectly located - close to the city center and the Old Trafford as well. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable Space in rooms is limited, towels weren't changed. Many items from the menu weren't available and the buffet didn't work.

Good basic accommodation. Efficient staff. Close to shops and nice bar restaurant on-site for solo business travellers. Nice French biscuits on the room on both days of my stay. Though they are trying very hard to cover it with air freshers etc. there is a smell of smoke probably in the carpets, which is left over from earlier

friendly and helpful staff. Nice lounge and bar area with a better than average menu at fair prices. The location was very good and although next to a main road not much noise heard. Also the free tea and coffee in the room is very welcome and an appreciated extra well done. I would certainly stay here again as the location was easy to find and it was good value for money. Thankyou The room decor was a little tired and there was a hole in the door and the mattress was distorted so that I rolled into the same position all the time. An extra pillow in the room might be a good idea as not everyone likes a soft pillow. These are only observations and we were all very happy with our stay in Camponile!
