The staff were very friendly and didn't hesitate to help when it was needed, even after we had checked out one of the receptionists checked that our taxi was coming while we were standing waiting for it. The room was very nice, an excellent size and comfortable, and the bathroom was perfectly clean. The hotel is also quite near to Manchester city centre so we had a good day shopping and the taxis to everywhere were a very reasonable price. Overall we had a fun and enjoyable stay at the hotel. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the room wasn't quite ready yet which was a bit disappointing as we had to wait quite a while but it wasn't a big deal. |

Parking Fascilities. Free Wi-Fi. Close to where I wanted. Bar / Restaraunt on site. Room lighting was not great for doing work in. Television / aerial connection needs update. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is ideally located for Old Trafford football ground which was why it was booked. |

Not Much really good location for old trafford. Had to call for a kettle when we checked in. Bar closes at 10:59 we were not served @ 1100 as the till was shut down and switched off completley!! |

Free broadband if a little slow was certainly useful. The on-site bar / restaraunt was useful to have but un-used on this visit. The secure car park was a nice thing to have in the city as well. Reception separate from the Hotel caused me a little confusion. No issue for the future but a clear piece of signage saying "Checking In? Just behind you in the bar" would have been useful. |

Great staff, room was clean, fantastic price! No public gates for hotel goes near the hotel doors, walk all the round. Easy reason why!!!? |

Closeness to city centre and old trafford was good for us good for weekend stay Constant smell of smoke from unmarked rooms even though hotel was Non smoking. Also no book about the city, as we had never been to manchester It would hav been good to know about places to eat drink or visitm |

we stayed at the hotel because of the proximity to Old Trafford football ground. It meant that we were able to leave our golf clubs in the car in the secure parking compound. All being well we shall return for next year's Grand Final/ It would be nice if breakfast was included in the price. |

For our visit to football and city centre for te evening, it was an ideal location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast seems a little expensive, so we ate out for just over half the price. |

Booking in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable, including the shower which had plenty of hot water. I think the restaurant should be closed. The food was average, but the service was awful. Staff are shared with the adjoining bar so much of the time no one is available. When we asked for information the woman acting as waitress veered between offhand and rude. |
