Was situated far enough out of town to get around without being gridlocked in the traffic that swarmed the city centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly and rooms were clean and comfy. Good value for money on a very busy weekend for the city, when other hotels were overcharging.
Bar prices were a little steep but it is a city centre location so I suppose it's to be expected. Also very busy due to Man Utd v Liverpool game on but still ok.
Location Continental breakfast
Not easy to connect to WIFI Rooms a bit cramped
Hotel is no were near worth 160 pound for 2 nites which I had to pay. Very poor
the english breakfast
staff very helpful. breakfast good. sheets and towels clean. Wifi and TV worked and car parking excellent. Good shower.
Sink and toilet bowl cracked. Rooms smelly musty. bed springs uneven. Bathroom fan not working.
Hotel is dated and worn but does the job for the money
The room would be bigger as well as the town center would be more closer
Not far away from the town center as well as the room would be bigger in size.
Value Easy to get to and park
All really nice no complaints
Staff were attentive
Breakfast came out too quickly so was still eating my cereal and it was going cold!
Great location and easy walking distance to the shopping of Manchester and only 10 mins away from the Trafford centre.
What WiFi? Whilst it is advertised no password nor identify given on room key paperwork
I have made my stay 1 day extra and it was confirmed by their staff member that they will charge me same rate buy when i went to pay at reception first their system was closed and next day they said i have to pay extra. No communication between their employes... I have to pay £79 instead of £46
WE LIKED THE ROOM AND THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT.HELPFUL STAFF.COMFY BED.THE WINDOWS SHUT OUT ALL NOISE.15 MINUTE WALK TO CITY CENTRE.THE QUIET ZONE POLICY
TWO T BAGS PER DAY ALTHOUGH WE GOT MORE AT RECEPTION
The friendliness/service of the staff and the breakfast.
Free parking and location not too far from the centre.
Confusion and chaos at breakfast. They need a more efficient way of checking people in for breakfast and keeping tables turned and the buffet topped up. More staff may help. Quality of cooked breakfast (sausages and bacon) could be better.
Walking distance to city centre. On site car parking
Only one plug socket at other side of room. Very basic rooms. Cooked breakfast is poor, stick with continental.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. The response to our requests were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with the cleaner being very friendly and helpful.
No fridge in the room to place bottles of water etc....
Enjoyed our stay - no noise complaints.
Would be nice to have a good TV - Tv was hard to work and to turn on.
The hotel gave good value for money, I would stay there again
The bathroom was a bit tired, the extractor fan didn't work, the shower had a curtain,
Room needs updating & some attention
Clean and comfy beds Clean and tidy rooms Room lovely and warm
Space between wall and one side of the bed was a little narrow
Comfortable bed, excellent location, within walking disance from Manchester City centre, quiet bedroom, very helpful staff.
The cleanliness of the bathroom left a bit to be desired - the toilet ball was not entirely spotless.
Bad smell, bad wifi, dirty carpet, small rooms, no lifts
Basic good value
Very unhelpful didn't even look up made no attempt to assist. Normally the staff at the other ones I have stopped in were helpful and friendly bad experience
