The hotel was located in a convenient location and the staff at reception were helpful! The bed was not comfortable at all. By the end of the day, I had sever backaches!!! On my last day, one of the staff came in to the room with her master key, withoutk knocking and started asking me about the garbage! I had to ask her to leave as I was still in bed.

It's very close to the underground station (Earls Court) and easy to find to. Although the reception room was pretty small I was allowed to leave my luggage there for the day to collect later before going to the airport as there was no separate luggage room. The staff was friendly. Warwick Road is pretty heavily trafficked and noise easily heard all night long so you better have your ears plugged. The (single) rooms are pretty small but it's ok if you stay just to have a bed for the night. Breakfast area is kind of cosy but coffee served is instant. Depending on which shower room you use the standards may vary but for the most part neat, clean and tidy. Not too bad a place to stay for budget travelling. The transaction device was a bit old-fashioned and I had to sign instead of securing my pay by pin on my second stay (the first time was ok). Also on my second stay the TV in the room didn't work, not much of a downside but to have a glimpse of the news before hitting the pillow would have been nice.

It was clean. In the morning there was some music around the hotel, kind of a instrumental thing, very unpleasant. I could hear it in my room, in the lobby, in the breakfast room, ...

The staff were particularly helpful and welcoming. I had anticipated leaving my large case in store and only taking a small bag to my room, as I knew there was no lift, but the young man at Reception insisted on carrying it up for me. Their attitude was equally impressive at breakfast-time - very customer-focused, whichthey obviously saw as the norm. Breakfast is very basic - juice, coffee or tea, cornflakes or bran flakes (which they call brown flakes) and toast with jam, marmalade or cheese - perfectly adequate for my needs. The location is great - just by the tube with a direct connection to Heathrow or Central London - and on a direct bus route to Victoria Coach Station. If going to Heathrow with a heavy case, start on the District Line and transfer to the Piccadilly Line at Hammersmith to avoid steps. I usually avoid shared bathrooms but it is not always possible in London on a budget and it was just outside my room so I was happy with that too. The steps up to the front door and reception - not easy at all with a heavy case - but I did manage it without help and I am 65 and not particularly strong.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very good value for money, especially in very expensive London. We were surprised at the charge for leaving bags for a few hours before our onward journey.

Excellent position: the underground station Earl's court is just around the corner. The Piccadilly line that stops at Earl's Court connects with the center (Piccadilly Circus) and to Heathrow airport. Journey to airport is just 40 minutes, and only about 5 pounds. The surroundings are nice, very lively, you can find many shops, services and also excellent restaurants. The hotel facilities are not so lovely, but staff is nice, and kind. And it's very cheap for that area. Also, free wi-fi connection is guaranteed in every room, and works very well. That allows to save lots of money if you need to make phone calls or search on the internet. Definitely, I suggest it, if you are planning to stay in budget.

Free Wif Fi in room. Good location close to Earls Court station. It was very cheap for a central London hotel. It was very noisy being situated on Warwick Road with traffic noise all night.

Good location. Tube station short walk. Free internet connection. Comfortable. Good price. A big inconvenience for us was there was no tea making facilities in the room. The radiators went on/off themselves and it was cold at times. Rooms quite clean but old looking, paint coming off walls etc.

I honestly felT cheated after my check in at Earl's court. I was staying with my 20 year old son. I could not book a twin room, hence booked a double. The rooms are ridiculously small. Having to clinb down 2 flights of stairs for a cup of tea is ridiculous. We checked out in 3 days and booked ourselves at a hotel facing Hyde park, where the room was much bigger and it had tea/coffee maker in the room, with daily housekeeping service- and all this at a lesser price than earl's court.

The manager was very helpful. The noise levels in my room were intolerable even wearing earplugs. I had to cut my stay from five to one night.

It has a great location. It is just less than 5 minutes walk away from the Earl Courts underground station. It is kind of budget hotel and its room is quite old and smelly. The breakfast sucks too..

Location couldn't have been much better for conference at Earls Court, you can see it from the window. Staff were friendly, facilities were adequate. Was expecting something a little more modern, light above my bed didn't work and the curtains didnt' shut properly. Aside from a few small niggles it was a nice place to get your head down.

Location of the hotel, which is close to the tube station. Free wi-fi We did not get a room with 3 separate beds, although we requested it. 2 of 3 days of our stay there, the ensuite shower was not working. The breakfast choice is poor: marmelade, coffee/tee, toast.

Not much really. Pokey room, no soap or shampoo, bathroom was just a shower and a toilet, the wash basin was in the bedroom! Noisy and I wasn't given a vat receipt! Mine was a 3 bed room that most would use as a wardrobe (which had no hangars!!!) - not impressed.

Reasonable price and reasonable standard. Has an early check in time which was very useful to me. I think it would be worth having tea and coffee in the room as opposed to a communal facility.

Location only. I'm sorry to say, but the bed in my room had bedbugs. On the final day there I found bites all over; this was extremely unpleasant!!! I'm still itching and concerned about whether the bedbugs have spread to my clothes. There was also a leak in the roof in the hallway, so when it rained there were wet spots all over the floor. The breakfast was fine but there were ants crawling around on the table and over the jam jars.
