The Hotel was clean and comfortable.
There were no tea making facilities in the room, a kettle would be a good idea.
Simple bedriom, with tea and coffee outside. Clean and comfortable room, good value for money. Shared batbroom, but only with one other room.
Noisy outside late evening and early morning, but worth it for ease of getting to tube.
Location; Close to the underground
Small bathroom Noisy
The location is perfect. Despite some inconveniences if you are alone and just need a place to spend nights in, it's ok. With friends when you start looking around, it might look disappointing.
The boiler tank is situated inconveniently, doesn't work properly, the bathroom itself is very small, towels were suspiciously grey, not ironed and changed only once during 8day stay on my demand.
Location is excellant. It is close to bus station and underground station. There are many stores and restaurants nearby.. Staff are very helpful...
No hose beside the toilet in the bathroom... Breakfast is served at 7:45 which is late for me. I had to be in a certain place by 8:00 AM
no service very noisy very dirty shower was weak even no hot water
Friendly staff, very welcoming.
Crappy pillows and constant noise from the main road at the front of the hotel, lorries and motorbikes passing throughout the night.
Close proximity to the exhibition centre
Beds were really hard, you could see the downstairs lobby through the floor in the bedroom. No tea making facilities. Very basic.
It was simple, clean and fairly comfortable. It is very close to Earls Court Tube station. Reasonable price, which included breakfast. This hotel would be best suited for solo business people who do not require luxury.
Checked in by 'friends' of the owner so missed the all important brief that breakfast was included. As a consequence that was missed on the first morning and almost missed on the second. The hotel feels somewhat rundown but is relatively cheap.
(2 young 40 year old female friends from Leeds) The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a minutes walk from Earls Court station if exiting on the Warwick Road exit. Earls Court station is around 7 stops from Victoria Train station and can be accessed directly via one train (check at the station which line). Travel time was very quick, maybe around 10 - 15 minutes. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff were very polite and helpful. We were given a smallish room on the first floor, with a side view of the street. We were given the code to access the completely free WiFi which was an absolutely fabulous strong signal and really great WiFi. The room had a double bed and a single bed with ensuite and was sufficient for our needs. Wall lights above each bed were convenient. There was a hairdryer, wardrobe, a chair and a little fold up seat, which was handy for putting clothes on, 2 bedside cabinets with a mirror above the chest of drawers which just outside the ensuitevand 2 small, clean glasses. In the wardrobe were spare blankets, a spare pillow and sheets, also around 7 or 8 coat hangers. Plenty of power points (4 i believe), 2 under the TV which also had a little shelf, fine for putting your phone on. 1 of these had the TV plugged in. There were another 2 underneath the mirror above the chest of drawers which is just outside the bathroom. There were no plugs at the side of beds but we felt that this wouldnt be an issue. The bathroom was small but with complimentary soaps and shower gels and very clean, also a small bin, toilet, sink with mirror over and shower, with 2 fresh clean towels and thick towelling floor mat outside the shower. The flat screen TV on the wall had no remote, but was easily operated from the controls on the top and had a good choice of free view channels, with an excellent reception. Upon arrival which was around 3.15pm, the receptionist was manned by a pleasant lady who fiund our booking from my surname.
Very well located just across from Earls Court Exhibition Centre and just a few meters from the tube station. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. No problem to leave the luggage on early arrival and before leaving, was even offered a towel, when asking to use the bathroom after a long journey but before check-in time. Very much appreciated.
The room was clean. friendly owners. Good location. Affordable. I would reccomend
Hotel is close to Earls Court Station, close to bars, supermarkets and restaurants openned even in dawn.
Cleaning could be better.
Location very close to Earls Court st, which has steps free access from the street to Piccadilly line platfrom!!! Very convenient on ur way from/to Heathrow. Clean room, with chair, small table. Basin in the room, in a bathroom - only shower and toilet, a bit strange... Hot water was hot)) but in shower head only few sprinkles )small holes) worked, u still can wash urself, but so slow... I stayed on the ground floor, i was lucky) Generally - very good place for few nights. Egg at breakfast.
Very noisy busy street, as people wrote before, if u close windows and put on earplugs as i always do) it is ok. But when hot weather - not possible. Some not importants detailes: Not enough light, only 2 bulbs of 3 worked. A bit small room. But i m used to it in London. Doors dont close tight, even locked it is loose and moves and slams unless u put smth to fix it into frame. Coffe at breakfast...
Other than the bathrooms being tiny it was ok. Breakfast was nice location close to tube station. Rooms very small n basic but clean
Bathroom way too small
All of the staff were excellent. The delightful owner gave us a room at no extra charge about 5 hours before check-in time because we were so tired from our long flight. The hotel is about 50m from the entrance to the Underground and about 200m from a whole bunch of shops, pubs and restaurants so the location is excellent. The staff could not have done more to make our stay more pleasant. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in London and I couldn't recommend this hotel enough to anyone.
The rooms on the Warwick Road side get traffic noise but that's to be expected.
sun room for breakfast. Booking taxi & getting quote. Thanks
Guy in next door room leaving at 4.30am
conveniently close to both the tube and the above ground rail. The tube is located close to most venues. The rates were good for London. Good for short stays .Breakfast is included ..corn flakes toast and a hard boiled egg.
The steps are steep and.no lift. The bed is below double size (11/2 size). The unit is dated but adequate, TV is small and hard to see .No fridge or tea /coffee making facilities.
Location next to tube station! Staff polite !
No lifts as on 2nd flr hard to manage with carpeted spiral staircase ! Shower lousy ! Poor or lack of water pressure!water temp using shower ridiculous !! Extremely hot then freezing ! Cldnt control temp at all !! Bloody ridiculous n dangerous !!!! Bathroom tiny, no room whatsoever !! Bed very tiny with hard springs felt thru mattress !!very noisy on street and hard to sleep ! Wouldn't recommend for long stay ! 3 days was long enuf and cldnt wait to get out !!! Wouldn't recommend !! Hostels far nicer than earls court hotel
Clean and tidy. Location central to Earl's court area
Shared shower facility Room very cramped
Earls Court Hotel was a clean, tidy value for money hotel in a central location a minutes walk from the tube. Continental breakfast was included and the rooms were clean, comfortable and tidy. Have stayed there twice and am rebooking.
Nothing. Good value for money budget hotel. No faults.
Internet , customer care & internet.
Very noisy area day & night. No air-conditioning.
close to the train station
Good hotel at the exit of the "Earl's Court" underground station.
