i supopse the price i paid for was a very good one and in central location was a good thing. Initally at reception desk i had a warm welcome and also when i checked out as well I went into my hotel room at 6pm and there was this terrible noise right below my room. I enquired about this at the reception. The person said there is a kitchen downstairs thats why you are getting this deafening noise. Dont worry the Hotel resturant is only open till 10pm. I was made to feel good and infact on this day i had been ill with temperature the last thing i wanted to do was wait till 10pm for the noise to go down so i can go to sleep. Very bad experience. Wish a room had been changed.Breakfast time i was checked in and no instructions what i can have or not. when i had tea there was no milk. I waited. |

The location - so close to Paddington station - is great and for such a good location the price was reasonable. It's a nice, basic hotel if that's what you're after. The room was very small - but it wasn't bad value if you're looking for a conveniently located, basic hotel. |

The staff was really nice (specially Kamila, a receptionist that received us very well and helped us when necessary), the room was good and clean, the hotel is very close to the Underground station, the breakfast was very good and the price was attractive. |

It was in a convenient location at a reasonable price for London and had easy access to transport links. Got bitten by fleas/bed bugs. Also booked a twin but was given a double bed. |

It was near to the underground and oxford street. The room was extremely small and was more like an old flat than a hotel, too old fashioned and run down. It was so cheap and run down. I would never stay there again. |

Hotel within 3 minute walk to Paddington Rail Station to Heathrow. I recommend full cooked breakfast since it includes buffet with nice assortment of items. Internet vouchers not available to use wifi in room but there was a computer available in lobby but without privacy. |

Common areas of the hotel were pleasant, the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was really, really good - plenty of it and cheap! There was a television and kettle in my room. Internet access was available at a cheap rate. it was great to be able to get a single room rather than have to pay for a double room for one person. It's very conveniently located very near Paddington station. In general, the room seemed clean, but the carpet had seen better days and could definitely do with being shampooed. |

Hotel is close to Paddington station and handy to get around London. Rooms although clean were very small and bathroom even smaller. No fridge/mini bar to keep drinks cool. |

Yes - everything - the room was small, dirty and the bathroom stunk of stale water. I also got the hotel to arrange a cab to drie me 2.6 miles and they charged me £18!!! I asked for the manager to call me and she never has done! I am very annoyed that the hotel is horrible and they rip you off also. Terrible and would recommend you remove it from your site! |

Good value for money, basic things worked well. Location good. Thin walls, doors and windows didn't keep the noice from the street and the other rooms. Some small details, dirty curtains in windows etc. |
