Hotel within 3 minute walk to Paddington Rail Station to Heathrow. I recommend full cooked breakfast since it includes buffet with nice assortment of items. Internet vouchers not available to use wifi in room but there was a computer available in lobby but without privacy. |

Common areas of the hotel were pleasant, the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was really, really good - plenty of it and cheap! There was a television and kettle in my room. Internet access was available at a cheap rate. it was great to be able to get a single room rather than have to pay for a double room for one person. It's very conveniently located very near Paddington station. In general, the room seemed clean, but the carpet had seen better days and could definitely do with being shampooed. |

Hotel is close to Paddington station and handy to get around London. Rooms although clean were very small and bathroom even smaller. No fridge/mini bar to keep drinks cool. |

Yes - everything - the room was small, dirty and the bathroom stunk of stale water. I also got the hotel to arrange a cab to drie me 2.6 miles and they charged me £18!!! I asked for the manager to call me and she never has done! I am very annoyed that the hotel is horrible and they rip you off also. Terrible and would recommend you remove it from your site! |

Good value for money, basic things worked well. Location good. Thin walls, doors and windows didn't keep the noice from the street and the other rooms. Some small details, dirty curtains in windows etc. |

It has the perfect location and the price/quality is really good Develop the bathroom, it could be really better. Give the vat-back form while leaving the hotel to return some money at the border |

Whilst not used, we could see plenty of Internet access available Breakfast was cold and not as complete as menu suggested. After ordering a full cooked breakfast we both did not eat more than 10% of the plate as beans and egg had no heat in them at all and consequently refused to pay for it. Also a dirty tea spoon had clearly been used prior This is the first time I have ever refused to pay for food and did not like protesting, the staff did offer to re-heat |

The hotel is near Paddington Station and there are many places to eat, exchange money and easy transportation. The room was small but very clean. They changed the towels every day and the room was kept tidy. The electric kettle and the coffee and tea bags were always useful. The maintenance of the room was well done, fixing or changing anything that wasn't working properly. Due to the early hour of my train, I asked for a taxi at the hotel's counter. But I haven't been advised that it was a special taxi with much more expensive rates. It's better to try for a taxi at the station, it's half the price! And the taxi arrived almost fifteen minutes late. |
