Duke's Head Hotel  

Frühstück ist schlecht und für die Auswahl zu teuer.

Nach die Umbau überraschung war alles Super, Die Zimmer sind Neu und stilvoll renoviert, Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen direkt am Markt platz, Kostenlos parken und Freies wlan in Zimmer rundet das ganze ab. Bitte bedenken Sie das es wird gerade komplett Renoviert, stand 03.2011 und der umbau Bild etwas abschreckt ! aber davon abgesehen ist alles gut. Mann spart auch geld beim parken da die öffentlichen parken ein 24 std tariff eingführt ist (berücksichtgen beim vergleich).Und ein Blick ins Konferenz Zimmer mit Ovalen Tisch ist ein Muss !

Nicht gefallen hat mir : Essen Breakfast (wobei ich auch Engländer bin !) reichlich vorhanden aber naja, aber es gibt genug andere Rest.. In der nähe, der gang zum parking ist nachts nicht sehr hell, da man auch in ein seiten str bis vor zum eingang laufen muss.

What a bargain this hotel turned out to be! We stayed on a Saturday night and got free parking and breakfast included in the price. Fantastic location and its close proximity to the town centre - what a pretty place Kings Lynn is - the walk by the river coupled with the free museum and the local history (and pubs!) all near by made it a wonderful place to stay. Hotel refurbishment is almost complete and has been really well done. All the staff were very pleasant. Plenty of tables in the dining room and the breakfast was good value too.

The central location.

The new part of the hotel certainly gives value for money, the beds are really comfortable, loved the decor and once we had figured out how to work the heating we were warm.

The only down side was the long walk from reception through the delapidated old part of the hotel in order to get to the lift for the new part.

Really nice hotel, couldnt fault it and good location

We found the hotel to be on par with a premier inn when we expected more.No on site parking left had to use public park down the road and pay which ended at 8am gone was the sunday morning lie in!!!! But for the hotel manager the stay would have been a complete diaster, Therfore liked food and the manager

I was in a lovely old building near to everything. I love the Tuesday market square and the corn exchange. Marion sorted out my Internet access and was incredibly helpful.

I was a bit cold in my room at the back of the hotel but we did have such extreme weather. I was woken with a start at 5.30am on Friday morning when 'bournes' linen company rolled cage after cage of linen onto a lorry Below my window!! It went on until 6.10!! Pretty unbearable! I advise people not to stay in room 114 on delivery days!!

Good central location. Hotel has undergone a big refurbishment & is fantastic inside. Our room was absolutely spotless, the facilities were way beyond my expectations for the £50 we paid for a nights stay. There are fabtastic dining facilities within the hotel & the staff were faultless. All in all, a very very pleasureable stay.

Pretty much faultless, although because of its central location, parking could potentially be an issue.

Griffin restaurant good value for money for the evening meal. roon very clean and facilities good.
