Aufgrund früher Abreise gab es keine Möglichkleit zum Frühstück. Hier wurden seitens des Personals keinerlei Kompromisse gemacht (z.B. Lunchpaket) |

liegt im Centrum von Kings Lynn sehr altes Hotel. Die Einrichtung werden nicht gepflegt. Alles ist heruntergekommen !!! Zu teuer für die Ausstáttung. Ausser der Lage im Zentrum hat das Hotel nichts zu bieten. |

The staff, in the circumstances, were extremely helpful and efficient.The food prepared was also good. Booked in June for 8 people. Restaurant not open to residents for evening meal - were placed in informal lunch-time restaurant, using same menu; disappointing. |

Close to town centre,free parking at hotel,newspapers in lounge to read and a good choice of breakfast. Our room was at the side of the lift so quite noisy early morning and late at night. |

Friendly helpful staff, efficient, good breakfast, comfortable room. room 302 needs some new/refurbish fittings. Furniture faded and worn on arms of chairs. Carpet needs attention. Comfortable and clean but a little 'sad'! |

erm to be honest nothing at all I have nothing to say but im not that fussed at least it was a place to get me head down for the night.The staff were pretty norm but some of them looked liked they did not want be there at all. |

Staff and breakfasts were very good. Cold water not available from sink tap. Shower water much too hot and not adjustable. Website gives no indication of 70's brick block at rear.Single glazed, rusting metal window fails to stop noise from road below. |

Excellent in all aspects. Me and my travel companion needed a taxi to the train station on a Sunday morning and none was to have for half of an hour, which would make us miss the train. But guess what? The hotel chef offered to drive us in his own car! Truly remarkable. Thank you kindly. No air-condition in the room would be my only quibble |

The rooms were in great need of refurbishment, the wall paper was hanging off the wall and there were spiders webs on the tops of the curtains, overall the hotel was of very poor quality. I am also awaiting feedback from the hotal anf booking.com as I have been charged twice for my stay !?! |
