Stylish, spacious and historical building in a great spot. Unlike many of its kind, it hasn't been allowed to become tatty and faded - good furnishings and décor. Attentive and helpful staff.
Can't think of anything - even the squeaky floorboards are part of its charm
Bed comfortable. Staff friendly. Very cean. View spectacular. Less than 100yds from tramstop (1/2 hr ride into Blackpool centre). Free parking everywhere on streets near by. Beach lovely. Market close by. Really good stay.
Very good and comfortable hotel with friendly staff
Lovely Victorian hotel, was nice and warm, comfortable bed, staff friendly enjoyed the breakfast.
We were on the top floor and the water pressure was poor struggled to have a shower.
squeaky floor boards
Lots of character, decent rooms, good value for money.
Great hotel, had booked wrong date & Hotel were happy to change plus upgraded to family room. Room was very clean and every thing provided even hot chocolate & biscuits! TV has all channels & features such as sleep timer unlike some other hotels. Bar area clean and food well priced.
clean room very comfy bed power shower plenty of hot water tea and coffee good quality
on arrival had to ask to be moved as we had the kitchen extractor fan right outside or bedroom window fellow guests woke us shouting and banging doors approx 3.30am woke again with noise the only way i could describe it is it sounded like somebody dragging some metal blinds up the hall way the tv was on a timer expensive as breakfast was extra
Everything from the service to the food to the room with lots of space. It might be old fashioned but the overall experience was wonderful. Great value. Also very convenient for Blackpool with the trams starting opposite the hotel.
Fleetwood itself was difficult to like as a tourist. Tired and scruffy although some of the seafront was ok
Location brilliant for the Marine Hall theatre and promenade. Accommodation very good.
excellent food, comfortable bedroom, friendly staff.
Everything was to our complete satisfaction
There was no hot water for over a day. We had to ring reception to be told about the boiler being Brocken
My overall stay at the Hotel was enjoyable. The food was very nice and fair priced and the room was very clean
90% of the floorboards you walked on were creaky. I found it a bit annoying when people walked past my room.
I was in Fleetwood visiting relatives,I found the north Euston the ideal place to stay, the staff were extremely pleasant the food was great,i car'nt wait to come back in the next few months.so handy for the public transport I had a lovely room with seaview thank you north euston
there is nothing negative to say about the North Euston I liked it all.
Great hotel, the Staff were very friendly and welcoming, plenty of parking onsite & near by, food was at good cost with plenty to choose from. The location was fantastic, I had a very comfortable night in a large room with a sea view. The included Breakfast was great, as was the cost for the night. Free wifi in all area's was also a bonus.
I cant find any faults with this hotel!
This is a very old building and is dated and a little tired but offers all you need for a long or short break. Love that all the stuff are local (no struggling to be understood) and found them all friendly and helpful. Great food at good prices.
Excellent, good quality food, comfortable surroundings. Friendly , helpful staff. Wonderful views over the bay.
No complaints whatsoever
Comfortable and space to relax.Folk Festival music and people enjoying the day in the hotel.Good breakfasts, excellant choice.
Choice of food at evening dinner was a bit bland and not the quality I was expecting for the hotel, chicken and duck dry and over cooked.Try poaching the chicken in stock and white wine.
the location was very good close to tram stop and parking right out side the hotel easy access for the wheelchair from getting out of the car to getting into the hotel and bedroom
Overall friendliness of all the staff, very pleasant and very helpful. Comfortable room and very clean. We only booked b/b but breakfast very good and did have a couple of evening meals in the bar, all very appetising and nicely presented. Thank you
Staff very helpful and obliging. Food in restaurant pretty good. Bar maid (sorry didn't get her name) very pleasant. Good pint. Beautiful Victorian hotel. Clean, nicely decorated room.Overall a good stay for a weekend. I spoke to someone who had been staying there 2 to 3 times a year since 1987 so they must be doing something right!
Boiler broken on arrival so no hot water until following day. Boiling a small kettle enough times to have a wash a little inconvenient! Shower head wouldn't stay upright and the flow was poor. Requesting a table on the Saturday night in the dining room (wedding on at the time), we were told none available but as we were turning away one miraculously became available! Tables either side remained unoccupied throughout the meal. Fire door outside our room was propped open all day with a fire extinguisher tut tut!
Location was good for amenities in Fleetwood, good breakfasts
Beds not very comfortable, reported light bulb not working it was never replaced during our stay, one of the pillow cases had a spot of blood on it in one corner
The position was good and we had a lovely sea view. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The band 'The Jeps' were excellent.
The room where the band performed was part of a part section right at the end, so unless you were willing to stand all night in front of the stage there was no where else to sit where you could see them. That took a lot away from the atmosphere of being involved leaving us feeling quite out of it. They would have been great in a function room where you could have a bit of dance about.
Value. Location. Breakfast. View from room.
Dated decor in rooms. Bed was a little tired.
Staff very helpful and food also very good.
