Excellent customer service we were at a wedding there everything run like clock work and the were very nice and could not do a nough for you .excellent time had by all.xxxxx
Nothing I didn't like .
Staff were friendly. Nice sea view.
Dated Room, Old sprung mattress gave poor nights sleep. Cold room. Creaking floorboards.
The hotel is situated right by the sea and close to the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we could not have asked for anything more. We all had a great time.
Great room, great staff, great breakfast
The position was perfect for our visit. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the milk etc was always replaced. The price was good.
The bed was not comfortable,we could not a good nights sleep. The price of the breakfast was bit pricey £7-50.We went outside and got a very good one at half this .
i enjoyed my stay with my mum ,
all the food i had was very cold , breakfast and evening meal. my mum has'nt even stayed in a l hotel before what a diisappointed and was very sick after breakfast. and told receptionist, was'nt concern.so think twice before staying again
Several members of my family spent the weekend at the euston for our grandaughters wedding there.wonderfull day. Staff were friendly and helpful.food was superb clean and comfy rooms.a really pleasent place to stay
Nothing that would stop us staying again.
The hotel is very well situated and easy to find. The views across the bay are a real plus.
I enjoyed my stay in a warm room with a very comfortable bedvalve
Good location for tram trip to Blackpool for the lights; for walks along the sea front and to Freeport. Good choice at breakfast.
We will not be staying here again the wardrobe was not clean the top of it was very dirty the guy who served the first meal we ordered in the bar needs to learn people skills I ordred pie mash and veg the veg never came and the mash was not that hot had to go to reception to complain the lady there had to sort another meal out. The hotel had a wedding going on these guests stayed for hours in the reception which made it not easy for other guests to get threw
Would definitely stay there again. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
We originally were only staying 2 nights but enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night. The staff were helpful and polite, a good choice for breakfast with as much tea, coffee and toast as we wanted. The location of the hotel is excellent for the tram and bus to Blackpool and a short walk into the town center. The hotel is a little frayed round the edges but don't be put off by this it is a great place to stay.
Can't really find anything negative to say about this hotel.
Everything, Seaview rooms are beautiful also very clean breakfast was lovely. Rebooked to go back
The staff were all very friendly and the food was excellent. The beds were so comfortable my husband would have liked to bring his home.
The room decor although clean could have done with an update and the bath was too small for my husband.
staff brill, nothing too much trouble, def go again.
we loved the restaurant, staff and food in the bay. was really good value while the waitresses and waiter were very friendly and attentive. This would be the only reason to visit this hotel again for a nice lunch or dinner
the room. very noisy, in dire need of renovation far too hot the hotel on awhole felt like we were in a sauna cabin not good. Our room was on the 1st floor next to fire doors which were really noisy cleaners hovering at 8.30 in morning and bloody noisy seagulls we were knackered and sleep deprived when we got home will not be back or recommend the hotel. reception very grumpy
The staff were all excellent. Restaurant quite good. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom efficient and modern. I like the style and decor - it was a ferry hotel from the 19th Century, and I'm glad that still shows. Good tram link down to Blackpool.
Not the hotel's fault, but Fleetwood has lost its industries (fishing, ferry) and whatever charm and vibrancy it had.
All the staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The food was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable
room was a bit dated.
Friendly staff, quiet location, pleasant sea view, value.
The building is getting a bit tatty around the edges.
Good location and a lot to like, but staff need to pay more attention to detail.
The staff at breakfast were erratic with service ranging from good to woeful depending on the particular morning. Also only one hand and one bath towel was left for us on one of the days and we had to chase that up. The bathroom shower was weak, but not surprising given the system was very old.
Rooms on the small and compact size;but adequate
