Lovely couple running the place and very helpful. Close to Eden project and other tourist destinations. The bed we had was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept (or not slept) in. Even sitting on the doona on top of the bed I could feel the springs of the mattress underneath. Resorted to putting all spare pillows under the sheet in order to try and get some sleep. |

Staff very friendly and available. Flexibilities in checking out if needed. Official breakfast time maybe a little bit too restricted, in practice OK. Free parking place in the immediate neighborhood of the hotel might be a problem, certainly in the weekends and during day-time |

nice large room, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast the housekeeping was not good shelf in bathroom a bit on the wobbley side, and the shower needs a bit of attention. |

The tasteful decor, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the owner and his partener. Paul's superb breakfast, we travel a lot and his has to be the best presented with excellent quality food. The location was great for Torquay town center. |

Spotlessly clean. Modernisation to a high standard. A very short walk to Harbour/Town. Only disappointment was that the bar is only open early evening on request! Recommend the "hole in the wall" traditional Pub down the road. |

This hotel is first class. Very clean rooms bedding ect. Owner very accommodating with your needs. Highly recomended to others. Not did not like but the breakfast time could be a bit longer than just half an hour 08.30 - 9am at least an hour would be nice. |

Only real problem was that even after I phoned and requested a twin room the details of my request for a had not been noted down and as a result I ended up in a small room with a double bed which was a bit of a squeeze for two people. |
