Very well designed room; in-room coffee and tea maker Longish lines at check-in - not enough check in staff. I was served by a trainee, who at first wanted to charge me tax on top of the booked price. Once that was corrected she assured me that breakfast was included in my price -- and next morning when I went for breakfast I discovered it was not included. Trainees need more training before they are let loose on customers. |

Hotel ok, but ut full of drunken louts on freebies from airlines. Not at all pleasant for women travellers .Drunks abusing single women travellers. To the extent of being followed andexposed at. Very frightening. |

location, price, free parking mattress and pillows were a bit too hard. I paid UKP 10.00 for the internet and it only lasted for about an hour before it suddenly quit. The wireless connection didn't even appear after that. |

Hotel is convenient for Heathrow with free bus near by. Excellent value. Comfortable room with tea/coffee making. Room a little cramped but OK for the odd night. |

no hairdryer in the room, it was average, and I booked it for the free shuttle bus, but had to pay for it. |

The hotel was as I expected in terms of quality of service, relatively economical price wise. In general it is good. The bed need to be changed at least in my room 411 |

Breakfast was excellent. Room very clean and quiet. Room was small and rather Spartan, no toilet accessories. |

Reasonably priced, helpfull staff and very convenient for Heathrow airport. The bath towells were very small and only one extra pillow in a double room. |

Our stay was not very good. The bed was very hard. The meal in the hotel was cold. Our early morning call did not happen. When we checked out there was no reception staff on duty. |

Excellent value for clean basic accommodation close to Heathrow. Good but basic restaurant and bar. Have used it several times and consistently excellent value Slow elevators & slow check-in & check-out |

Easy proximity to Heathrow Airport. Where do I start? Impossible to get car into parking lot. Mix up with two rooms. One room overcharged. Toilet broken. Elevator broken. Tried to charge me a second time upon checkout. Paid extra for a third person and had a smaller room than a double. |

Very clean, I liked the fact that they had a kettle and tea cups, even though it was a budget hotel. the shower room didn't have shower curtain, so the water went outside the shower section....plus, it had no door, which made it cold when I took shower... |

It is close to the airport so I din't have to worry about being late catching my flight.Warm atmosphere in hotel. I did mention I was disabled.I thought you may have catered for toilet/shower for this.I had to have a strip wash as I couldn't get into bath. |

Comfortable, clean, quiet room, excellent breakfast and day service. Excellent accessible, hotel for international travellers arriving late at night. Very difficult to get service from night staff and obtain something to eat due to Friday night disco. |
