We booked early for 37 pounds per night. The posted walk in rate was 139. If you like a big breakfast, the 7.50 pounds for it is a steal. If you have to print out your boarding pass, they have a computer you can use -1 pound for 20 minute, the printout is free. The city bus no. 105 and 111 are free but you have to walk about 4 blocks and cross the street to get it, going back to Heathrow. Coming from Heathrow, tell the driver where you wish to get off or pay really good attention to the left side of the street. A two block walk to McDonalds and free wife can be done. No free wfi. Room was drabby and small, but for 1 night layover it works. The Hoppa bus stops there, but the fee is 4.50 per person. The city bus 105 and 111 are free.

We arrived late on friday night, we attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival by phone, on each occasion we got an automated Ibis advert. Not enough front of house staff especially late in te evening when booking in, the process took too long. The stain in the base of the bath was off putting. No signs or help to rooms, I felt stereotyped & disrespected, it was as if the bell hop was indifferent towards me. The method of payment was not as explained on the booking & neither of us were asked if we would like to become a Club members. Upon arrival on friday night we just wanted to get settled & relaxed, this was not the case, I didn't like my room, it was on the Ground floor & felt too small & pokey, very basic. I felt put off by the large stains on the base of the bath, not very inviting when you just want a bit of a soak after what was a very long day, I was very disappointed in the standard for the cost of the stay.

I killed 3 roaches on our room. The room was not equipped with a hair dryer and they wanted 10 lbs to rent one. That was a little much.

When paying on arrival for my reserved room the man who served me didnt ask me to produce my payment card or even type my pin into a machine. He simply typed my 16 digit number off the front of my card into the machine and clicked some buttons and then charged me. Which means he must have my full card details up on the screen in front of him which I feel is a breach in privacy against me and I felt wary then of anymore charges that may appear on my credit card. Is that company policy?

Cost of room. I booked a room for two seperate dates. When I arrived on the 20th Sept. I asked if they would confirm my sencond date 6th Oct. They claimed they did not have a reservation for me. I showed them my e-mail from yourselfs so they rebooked it. On arriving back on the 6th Oct they charged me £84 instead of the £38. They claimed it was not booked until the 24th Sept/ I rang you and the lady on the other end of the phone was very helpful. She tried to contact their reception but could not get them to answer. So she sent an e-mail. I went down to reception and explained I had spoken to you and the cost should be £38. They agreed to refund me £46. So Iwould like to say thankyou for your assistance and I will be using you again. Regards Ken Wiggins

I found the staff very unfriendly - zero customer service or skills. The food in the restaurant was disgusting - big price for absolute garbage not fit for human consumption. Over priced accommodation - rating it at 3 star the price should have been half of what was charged. Woke up in the morning - room was in complete darkness - no power I was asked if I plugged in a faulty item - poor excuse when I know they had problems while I was in the restaurant with their power. Your website was alright but you need to investigate the service which is provided by those places you have listed.

First there was no airport shuttle .I have been on a business trip and calling from airport to the hotel the very unqualified stuff has not been able to explain to me how to come to the hotel by shuttle . So I had to take a taxi which was Pound 20,- . Airport shuttle next morning was also an extra payment . WIFI also extra payment . The ordered wake up call has not been made by the hotel . Stuff was not at all helpfull not exlications how to come to London city center , shopping ,... nothing . The hotel is located 5 minutes from Heathrow and only suitable to sleep the night there between 2 flights . But I was really negativly surprised by the not carrying way and manner of the reception .

Good location, clean. you pay £7 for parking and £7.50 for breakfast. There is no room service overnight for food and the restaurant closes at 11pm. We arrived late and hungry but could not eat in the hotel.

It was the worst hotel and staff I have ever stayed. Early in the morning someone is drilling the wall, how can it be best explained. Staff is rude and not trained. And top of that I would recommend you wear your best clothes while going there because the staff will give you a room accordingly! Otherwise you will be given the room just next to laundry so that you can listen to the tune coming from washing machines during your stay. And also make sure during check in they are well aware how long you are going to stay otherwise although you give them your booking confirmation they will end up knocking your door and keep on calling when you are checking out!!

Absolutely nothing... worst hotel I've stayed in years, perhaps ever Upon arrival the 1st room I was sent to was not serviced or otherwise ready for use. The room I was given had broken shower equipment, leaked all over the room carpet, was not clean. The bathroom did not have a door. It was terrible

Not well designed for solo female traveller. I needed help with bags because I had 3 of them. I'm on a big trip. Not convenient for taxi drop off so I had to make 3 trips up and down to collect all my bags (hoping no one would nick any of them!) Meanwhile, the three drivers in their black business jackets (who stand outside of your establishment waiting for punters) were enjoying themselves with conversation and cigarettes whilst watching me struggle with my heavy bags. I know they don't officially work for you, however, come on. It's just common courtesey. One still takes away an impression based on their behaviour and it's not a good one. I also did not like that there was no room service. I was tired and did not want to go and order my food at the bar.
