Staff was very accomadating Patiently answering all questions...for the price the room was super. Clean. Sheets fresh, crisp. Looked as if they had been ironed. Bed very comfortabl, place was quiet...got a restful nights sleep Nothing

Our room had a door leading to another bedroom and this door was open. Although we shut our door we felt obliged to put our cases in front of it in case the occupants next door, who were very noisy and perhaps a little merry!, decided to try to come through the door.

Just okay all around economy Hotel. I had two reservations. One prepaid through booking. and one extra room that we paid for at check in. It cost double to pay on the same day. Rooms were small, my room was noisy.

The hotel was small, clean and close to the airport. You can get a free local bus, 423, to and from the airport, you dont need to get the Hotel Hoppa! There was a kettle and hot drink facilities in the room.

It was a very comfortable hotel. We only stayed the one night before getting the bus to Heathrow. The bus stops right outside the hotel which was so convenient.

The room was well designed and the bed really comfortable. We loved the shower over bath option as its great with children. The reception and cleaning staff went out of their way to help us out which we think is unusual in bedget hotels. The 24 hour food option did not feel consistent and on quite a few occassions we were not able to get food. Also the air conditioning in our room was noisy and inadequate. We needed to open the room for air and this meant there was a lot of noise from planes. This made sleeping difficult at times.

Proximity to the airport Rooms are small and very hot with little or no ventilation. Coupled with only a duvet for bed linen, it was an unbearable night. I payed for 3 nights but left after 1.
