it was close to Terminal 4 where we wannted to be at 5am the next morning.

Location and good value for money.

It was convenient for our early flight the following day. It was comfortable and the staff were helpful and efficient. - All one could wish for at a very reasonable price.

The service was excellent, the staff very helpful and the location was a great advantage for transit purposes

Local to airport at an economic price

The bed was unsleepable in, plastic mattress protectors and very hard mattress

It was handy for us, because we arrived on a late late and could not get back home.

The cooked breakfast could have done with having a few more things on it.

The location is close by the airport, so great after a long flight. Price was lower than others in the same area. Though inside the room is small, it was clean and similar to the picture shown on website. The hallways were quite old however, so entering the room was a nice surprise.

Many things weren't working or out of service such as- vending machine, toilet needed extra care to flush, air cooling system was poor, etc... They said they were in the process of renovating, so these issues should resolve soon; thus the reason I would recommend it in the future. Also, I wasn't provided with the type of bed I booked on the website - got two singles (that weren't locked in place together) instead of the double I booked online. However, I was too tired to request a switch by the time I was ready to go to bed. Also hated that internet wasn't free - this too they said would soon be inclusive.

The room was peaceful despite proximity to runways

Length of time waiting for staff to attend reception & restaurant was unacceptable. Phonecalls to reception from room was never answered. Wifi connection was slow & laborious & expensive. Parking for conference attendees should be discounted. In future I'll be staying elsewhere unless Ibis improve these points.

excellent location for heathrow airport and also london/windsor/datchet in fact most places via national express coaches.also gatwick and the other london airports.

nothing disliked

Receptionists courteous and helpful. Breakfast rich keeping in view the price. Very quiet and restful place to stay and relax especially after a long haul from Dubai. Location although adjacent to airport the rooms are pretty soundproof. Bravo ! Keep it up ! MM Hussain

My wife and I stayed a night as our flight got in late and thought best option was to stay close to the airport before moving on - staff very friendly and helpful - room nice and cozy esp after a 15hr flight from Shanghai via Hong Kong - buffet breakfast was excellent - only suggestion would be to have cigarette lighters or matches available (cannot take a lighter on to a plane when leaving China and I was craving a smoke when I got to the hotel - lucky a fellow guest was On hand to lend a light. Will definitely stay again if I get the chance to return to London.

Free local bus service. Don't take the overpriced Hoppa!

Silly price for wireless access.
