proximity with airport, accessibility with free bus, quiet room You should propose better quality food trough the day. I understand that serving food all day long requires high cost for the food, but the quality should be there. It's really frustrating to pay high price for a sandwich and received a sandwich of extremly poor quality. Thank you for your consideration. |

I needed to get to Terminal 4 and there were only shuttles going to terminals 1,2,3 and 5. I appreciate this is likely to be out of the control of the hotel however. |

Clean and friendly staff. good to have the direct link to airport as travelling with limited time. The toilet was too close to the wall and as I have long legs didnot find it very friendly to use---.room was not really suitable for a Queen bed as space was tight. |

Closeness to the airport and reasonably priced. Hotel staff has been very accommodating. Size of room very small. Hardy able to put two suite cases into the spare areas. |

Room was clean and tidy. Food is terrible - do not eat the buffet. Parking on-site is charged, which I feel is totally unacceptable; the ticket should be validated for guests. Always a large queue at reception, so getting even basic service took some time (e.g. when our room key failed; and everytime we wished to leave, the parking must be validated and added to the bill). |
