The friendliness and professionalism of the check-in staff and the staff in the restaurant.Nice choice of food in the restaurant as well. The hotel is close to the airport yet nice and quiet. My room was quiet and comfortable.

Nothing. Everything was fine and I shall stay here again.

We stayed more than once over a period of 3 weeks. The first time we had booked a double room in advance, got a really good rate, enjoyed the stay. Room was spacious enough and well maintained. Meal in-house, staff helpful.

Our stay 3 weeks later was at the opposite end of the scale. A high rate for a tiny room with 2 very narrow beds pushed up against one another as there was no space - constantly falling over things and each other trying to move around. Plumbing was faulty in both the shower and the hand basin. Actually I realise that if we hadn't been grumpy about the lack of space we could have coped more easily with the other problems.

Very relaxed friendly check in staff. Quiet room. Shower gel, hair dryer, tea and coffee supplied. Comfortable bed. Good level of heating in room.

No non-slip may in bath - warning about this was too late. Dining room staff were good but there were not enough of them (Friday evening)

The room was far too hot as the heating was on in the hotel and our air conditioning wasn't working to cool it down. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

Food was not good and expensive. Only scrambled egg for breakfast no poached or fried. No decaf coffee in cafe or the room.

Staff was very accomadating Patiently answering all questions...for the price the room was super. Clean. Sheets fresh, crisp. Looked as if they had been ironed. Bed very comfortabl, place was quiet...got a restful nights sleep

Our room had a door leading to another bedroom and this door was open. Although we shut our door we felt obliged to put our cases in front of it in case the occupants next door, who were very noisy and perhaps a little merry!, decided to try to come through the door.

In general it was a pleasant stay.

The air extraction in the bathroom is extremely noisy, it should have option inside the room to shut it off. Few tv channels available and access to more channels and cable internet is a bit expensive. Wi-fi in the room extremely expensive.

Absolute basic services within a very cramped room. Difficult to manage two suitcases within the room.

Just okay all around economy Hotel. I had two reservations. One prepaid through booking. and one extra room that we paid for at check in. It cost double to pay on the same day.

Rooms were small, my room was noisy.
