La camera, nonostante gli aerei passassero a pochi metri, era ben insonorizzata. L'assoluta scortesia del personale della reception, asiatici che parlavano un inglese che era uno slang. Ho dovuto chiedere diverse volte che parlassero un po' più lentamente, e ne ho ricavato assoluta indifferenza. |

It was fairly good but having requested a very quiet room we were given a room with between several rooms occupied by very rowdy guests who were up all night partying. I think the receptionist could have been more sensitive to the allocation of rooms. It has certainly put me off using Ibis again. |

Handy for the airport, friendly and helpful staff, room was clean. The buffet in the evening was dissapointing, bland and over cooked. Once past reception the hotel starts to seem a little run down. |

Hotel Ibis Heathrow is located near...ish to Airport (2 miles or so). An airport chuttle costs 4£ but normal busses near airport are free - I liked that. ;-) There was something small with the service all the time: a problem in getting inside a hotel area with my car, a problem in paying for parking time, a problem in paying for breakfast, unnecessarily long waiting for someone to come to reception at check out and so on... |

Tea making facility in room. Had to call reception twice from my Father's room as swipe-card would not allow access to room, this is the second time I have had this same issue and only stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions, so not very impressed as both times were late night stop overs and had to be up for flights. (Non Business)... Better toiletries and more towels could be available in room, as only two small towels are provided. I would only recommend this hotel for basic overnight stop because it's clean, certainly not for comfort. Many people sleep with two pillows and there were only two pillows on the double bed provided, a customer shouldn't have to ring reception for extra pillows especially when they want sleep before flying! with elderly disabled Father. |

The all you can eat buffet meals The mattress on the bed was very firm, and it was further from the airport than I had believed. I wouldn't recommend it due to the fact that there are sevewral other hotels far closer. |

Proximity to free hotel bus to the airport tube station Staff unfriendly and check in was rushed- staff were not knowledgeable on local free buses. We were told to get the Hoppa which costs money so we had to go into a neighbouring hotel to seek advice and were then told of all the free buses in the area which would take us to the airport.Also the girl who checked us out ha d a face like thunder and did not even speak to us- she just checked us out in a rude fashion, handed us the parking validation and that was that. Will not come here again. |

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was actually pretty good size and it is very close to the airport. There is a free bus service that is literally like 3 minutes walk from the Hotel that will take you to the airport. |

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet very convenient to places as there were free buses to access local transport to other places. Had a nice time bowling at a closer club. All was brilliant with me |

That there is an early check in, unlike other hotels. And a late cancellation if necessary. The room was clean. Reception staff lacked eye contact. The maid didn't knock to check if anyone was in the room before entering. No hair dryer in the room. Not enough tea and coffee supplements. No toiletry pack. |
