Booking in was very slow - took about 20 minutes. Service in the restaurant was also slow - when all they have to do is ask which meal option you want and take a drinks order this is poor especially at the end of a long day when all you want to do is get a meal quickly. |

Bed is comfortable Cheaply remodeled. Plastic bathtub and outfittings of bathroom do not give a good impression. Change flooring in elevator. Messy buffet. |

The bus service to the airport took quite a long route via other hotels and was expensive (£4 per person), so for the 3 of us it was cheaper to take a taxi (which we did on the way back). |

Reception undermanned - long wait for checkin and for routine enquiries. Reception told me hotel was not on the shuttle bus service route to T4, (and the station route involved a change of train) which was the point of using this hotel! Got a taxi for £15 + tip each way. |
