I did a lot of ravelling in the past 6 weeks and stayed in many hotels, so judging by this I found your hotel overpriced for what was in the room. The bed was rock hard and facilities were based on someone just sleeping overnight till the next flight. |

Speed with booking in - room and bathroom were clean The breakfast was awful - the scrambled egg the only way you could have egg tasted like powdered egg. The self serve food was only just warm . the orange juice was also awful. We travel alot and the standard of the breakfast let the hotel down. We would not stay there again as we like to have breakfast before a long flight as we eat lightly whilst flying |

Booking in was very slow - took about 20 minutes. Service in the restaurant was also slow - when all they have to do is ask which meal option you want and take a drinks order this is poor especially at the end of a long day when all you want to do is get a meal quickly. |

Bed is comfortable Cheaply remodeled. Plastic bathtub and outfittings of bathroom do not give a good impression. Change flooring in elevator. Messy buffet. |

The bus service to the airport took quite a long route via other hotels and was expensive (£4 per person), so for the 3 of us it was cheaper to take a taxi (which we did on the way back). |
