Ett enbart för övernattning specialiserat hotell (av vilka det finns otaliga i närmaste omgivning). In- och utcheckning smidiga. 4 punds Hoppa-bussen stannar utanför, så inga problem att åka till och från Heathrow. Rummen är relativt små, dålig luftkonditionering och buller med öppet fönster. Obekväma dynor (för hårda). |

It was cheap, clean and the buffet breakfast was well priced I understood that there was complimentry bus service from Heathrow....I took one bus to another terminal where I found a bus to take me to the hotel and that one charged aproximately 8 U.S.dollars. A cab to get to the terminal the next morning was more than $20..... |

Easy access, and very close to airport - yet you would never know because the rooms are well insulated and very quiet. Nothing bad to say. Food was slightly expensive, but of fair quality. |

The reception staff were very courteous and helpful. The room and bathroom was very clean and tidy The hotel lifts looked unkept but the rest of the hotel was fine. Inadequate bar staff who also doubled as waitors/waitresses which caused delays in being served |

Its being close to Heathrow. Practically everything else. The reception was irritatingly noisy due to the party right next door in the bar. Air-conditioning was not working. The room was narrow with no space at all to open my luggage. |

Convenient to area of London I was visiting, parking available at hotel, good food available 24hrs. Had to pay for car park overnight. |

proximity with airport, accessibility with free bus, quiet room You should propose better quality food trough the day. I understand that serving food all day long requires high cost for the food, but the quality should be there. It's really frustrating to pay high price for a sandwich and received a sandwich of extremly poor quality. Thank you for your consideration. |
