Size of the room; size of the bed; size of the shower; heat in the bedroom; noise from next room TV through paper thin wall til 2am!

Nice Staff, Great Location, Good Value, would stay again.

Slightly shabby decor in room - but not a big issue as was clean & comfortable & warm all of which are more important than a bit of wear & tear especially at the value price point.

Cleanliness, a lift, good location, ensuite room, with all facilities, friendly staff.

Small room with a double bed in it meant not much room to move around the room. I prefer a help yourself breakfast.

The location, the ambience, the comfort, the inclusive breakfast, and above all the value for money.

A feeling of distrust when I had paid in advance on booking, but still had to produce credit cards on arrival. A waitress who didn't think it necessary to write down a detailed breakfast order. A sink which was partly blocked and emptied very slowly.

Location, character building, quirky, bar open all night, very friendly staff, breakfast average, nice quiet room and street but close to Oxford St. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Nice to be able to open the sash windows.

I think the rooms must be a little dusty as we woke up with allergic reactions, cough and sneezing - soon cleared after leaving the hotel. Breakfast nothing special for the price of the hotel

The hotel was very convenient to both Euston Station and the part of London we were visiting. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful, and the room was of a good standard.

The breakfast room is a little tight and I personally thought the whole hotel and especially the bedroom was too hot.

Staff very friendly, bed comfortable. Breakfast good.

Shower head was loose, bathroom pump noisy. Breakfast room nice but too warm and noisy.

The staff were really nice especially Silvina, she was really very coperative

Room was very small, poorly ventilated and stuffy. AC was not put on. Very noisy. Window not closing. Could not sleep for a minute the whole night. Very uncomfortable.

Location is excellent, closed to tourist spot, train station, etc.

Bad staff and their behavior, specially manager is a troublesome guy and always advice guests, services like WiFi and room service is not up to mark

A very good welcome on arrival. Breakfast excellent. Room adequate and quiet. It felt so friendly a place. Would definitely go again.
