Hotel Lily (百合酒店)    

地理位置优越，也比较安静，价格也合适。

房间有点冷，暖气要加强。

地址不错，离奥运场馆很近，离地铁站也只有200米的距离。

我们订了两晚三人间，两晚双床。 三人间的房间特别小，我们连放箱子的地方都诶有，只有一个洗澡的浴巾，而且特别的粗糙。房间的地毯很脏散发- 着极强的烟味。我们那晚水龙头还是坏的，感觉一场水漫金山的感觉。 酒店离马路只有5米，所以一楼特别的吵，以至难以入睡。 说道早餐，英式早餐特别的简陋，只能随便吃吃。 硬件不行，说软件吧。 夜晚的值班特别凶狠，酒店还有一个特别有意思的地方，贵重物品不能搁房间，搁前台也不行，丢失不负责任。我- 们刚刚结账想保管下行李箱，被通知每个行李箱需要5胖！ 酒店边上就是 宜必思，建议国人来这里出差，直接去隔壁的宜必思就好

It was in a great location, was cosy and comfortable and loved the free breakfast.

Would prefer an easier shower to use and did not need a daily clean for a week's stay.

Not enough cloth hangers in room (only three in my stay for a week) and I have kept on asking for supply but in vain even after 5 days stay. Oat meal for breakfast?

The hotel is non smoking hotel and every room equipped with smoke detector. It was scarry waking up in the middle of the night on a fire alarm last for 10 min at least because of someone smoked in his room.

configuration of bathroom could be better. not much room for knees when using toilet they end up jammed against tub.. also tub is slippery and needs a no slip bath mat.

Staff were pleasant - location was good, in a nice part of London (close to stamford bridge). The room was warm.

Hotel was filthy, I didn't want to touch anything! Bathroom was mouldy. It was like a hostel (but worse!) My room had 6 single beds! A holey cupboard, dirty drawers full of dust and dirt particles, a cupboard that wouldn't close, a window that wouldn't open - needless to say I skipped the breakfast.

For a london hotel it was very good value. The staff were excellent.

The only negative point is the hotel is non smoking hotel which I like but what I don't like is waking up in the middle of the night on a fire alarm last for 10 min at least because of someone smoked in his room & because of every room equipped with smoke detector , so the alarm will go off

rooms slightly cramped no iron facilities in the room or soaps if required not enough wall sockets had to unplug TV to charge laptop and mobile phone

Beddings were not changed during our stay of six nights.no tea or coffee was avaible except on demand.no shampoo and soap was avaible.

Smoke detactor was coved over with a plastic bag! Tiles were coming up from bathroom floor! Water was warm! Tv not working!

Bathroom was a bit messy but hot water breakfast no choice would be better if had choice of breakfast but breakfast was good no signs on stairs need to be clear no numbers but think they will be done as just been painted All in all comfy hotel on a budget ok
