Marble Arch Inn  

I always go to Marble Arch Inn with family, friends and even my self. The hotel is really comfortably and affordably. It is situated in the beginning of oxford street and very close to the underground. It is very quite that one can rest peacefully after a very busy day. The hotel is always clean and tidy. The staff are really nice. I always recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to visit London. Well done and keep it up..

My wife and I liked the location.

The room was supposed to be a 'triple' room but it was in fact a tiny room with a single bed added to a small double bed in an 'L' shaped configuration. There were no closets for 3 guests only a shelf 3' wide from which a number of clothes hangers hung. There was no bath tub but half the room was given over to a cramped shower & toilet, hence the 'L' shaped remainder of the room. There were no seating for the guests except for an old 3 legged stool. With 3 cases, we had absolutely no floor space & had to move around the room by crawling over the beds! I have stayed in bigger 2 berth caravans. There is no way this was a triple room! If so I dread to think of the size of a double. A waste of money, unfortunately our payment was not refundable or we'd been long gone!

Location is perfect, just 10 min walk, if that, from Oxford Street and Marble Arch tube station. Staff were very friendly and helpfully, however, don't expect luxury. Twin ensuite room was very very small and could do with a revamp but clean and has everything you need. If it wasn't that I needed to be in this vicinity for a specific purpose I would have looked elsewhere as I have stayed at nicer hotels for the price paid at the Marble Arch Hotel.

Rooms not very sound proof.

Location close to where we had to do, walking distance to Oxford street and other nice places.

Bad draft and noise insulation (windows would need replacement), one of the rooms had a wall right in front of the window.

inn was quiet, and there was no disturbance at all in 5 days, staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The room especially the bathroom was very small. There was no fire escape at the top level which was a concern especially as the alarm was activated one morning albeit briefly.

The marble arch is a Budget hotel for those that just want a bed for the night. Staff were reserved yet helpful when needed. The bed was comfortable and the room waa in a good state of cleanliness. Room was small and toilet and shower couldn't of been smaller but were clean and worked well. We had a little issue finding space to unpack everything. We paid just over 50 quid a night so we weren't expecting much however the marble arch delivers a good example of cheap short term accommodation in a prime location in London.

our interest was in the marble arch. hyde park and oxford street areas marble arch inn is a bullseye for this. this is speaking from experience as i have stayed here several times before.

cramped,no restaurant or breakfast area.

The rooms were tiny and unbelievably inconvenient. The entire charge for 6 days was collected on the first night and I was too tired to pay attention. The reason I booked through you was to be able to move if the room was not good and to not pay ahead. It was my fault for not paying attention whe we registerd. When we returned to London we stayed at a place in the next block, the Hadleigh, which had double windows to block the noise, much larger rooms and was much more comfortable and cost less.

The place of the hotel is very near to downtown
