The staff were helpful when checking in, and there was loads of information about other places in London. It was extremely dated and you could barely move in the bathrooms. |

Great location for central London. Hotel got all the basics right - clean & tidy with sufficient faciliries. Good value for the location. Some rooms were a bit on the small side but you are not in them for long so no worries. |

THe Location of it. Its just 2 streets away from Marble Arch. The decor could do with an upgrade. However if used as a base to sleep and shower like we did its ok. |

One of the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean and tidy. The location is excellent. The room was in the basement and that was not mentioned to me. It was extremely noisy where you hear, very well, the people in the stree and every single movement above you or outside the room. You will be lucky if you can sleep a couple of hours. The window was not closing well and there was no lock for the door. |

The location was excellent close to Oxford Street and the main streets in the centre of London. Handy for the Tube. The room was very cramped and the shower/toilet claustrophobic. |

The location was perfect for oxford street , hyde park and access to many other places Staff were friendly. The bedding was clean, however, things like the telephone and clock etc were grubby, Would use again, as I believe we got value for money, being as its London ! |

Nice hotel staff, but I reported the broken items after the 1st night and they were not fixed for the 2nd night.. Nice staff, but several broken items in the room-ie. Bathroom door lock, bed lamp. Very small room, no space to put suitcases, poor shower-the shower water would go warm then cold. Continental breakfast was in room, but no place to eat it. Filthy PHONE-i had to clean it to use it. |

Location was convenient Room was small and not well equipped. Bathroom was tiny. Room was in a basement and was very badly ventilated unless a patio door was left open. Hotel has lots of steps and stairs and could be very difficult for wheelchair/pushchair users. Breakfast was a pre-packaged tray for consumption in the room, but there were no table or chairs in the room. |

close to oxford st booked parking space but wasnt ready, told it would be ok to park at a meter after six pm, got a parking ticket and was told it was my responsibility even though i didnt get my parking space until 10pm later that evening. |

El hotel está muy bien situado, junto al Hyde Park, así como bien comunicado (metro muy cercano). Es limpio y el personal es amable. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, y el baño realmente estrecho. Al no haber aire acondicionado hay que abrir la ventana, y el ruido del tráfico es excesivo. El desayuno se entrega la noche antes y hay que guardarlo en la neverita de la habitación. |

Hotellilla on erinomainen ja rauhallinen sijainti Lontoon keskustassa. Lähellä ovat metroasema, Hyde Park ja Oxford st. Liikkuminen paikasta toiseen on helppoa. Huonot sängyt. |

ma reservation etait une chambre triple pour 2 personnes, j'ai eu une chambre double à mon arrivée, il a fallu que je demande le remboursement de la difference de prestation pour obtenir une chambre triple. Le bruit de la chambre prés de la reception au rez de chaussée. |

La cercanía del hotel a una estación de metro, importante a la hora de utilizar el transporte público. El desayuno era un poco escaso y quizás nos esperabamos otra cosa, pero para salir con algo en el estomago no esta mal. |

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo però bisogna avere un buono spirito di adattamento. La camera e il bagno sono molto piccoli, la nostra era ubicata al 4° piano senza ascensore; in compenso era pulita. Per la colazione ti forniscono ogni sera un cestino con 1 yogurt + cereali + 1 succo a persona da consumare in camera. Gli spazi sono molto ristretti e fare colazione in camera è complicato..... |
