the fact that it was close to our needs, resonably priced , bed sheets were clean and it suited our needs

rooms need a little updating

The rooms were clean and very well equipped for tea and coffee. Excellent location within a few minutes walk of Marble Arch.

Rooms were very small and difficult to walk around! More of a sideways shuffle.

It is in a very convenient position for the West End. Plenty of bars, restaurants nearby. We could have breakfast in our room at a time that suited us.

Nowhere to sit in the room (except on the bed, which isn't very comfortable). The shelf with tea, coffee and cups & saucers was on the other side of the room from where the kettle plugs-in (they should be all together. Difficult to sleep at night with the traffic noise... double glazed windows would help!

the room was not clean enough, the place was noisy, there is no breakfast, the staff unhelpful, this is a crapy hotel

stairs access only, small room, smell of smoke in room and non smoking requested; no instructions in room for tv or wi fi; no air condictioning in room very hot in my room on 35 days......

The staff were helpful when checking in, and there was loads of information about other places in London.

It was extremely dated and you could barely move in the bathrooms.

THe Location of it. Its just 2 streets away from Marble Arch.

The decor could do with an upgrade. However if used as a base to sleep and shower like we did its ok.

Lo mejor del hotel es su localización, muy cerca de Oxford Street y del metro Marble Arch. Nosotros fuímos a un montón de sitios caminando ya que además Oxford Street es una calle muy animada y con mucho ambiente y sólo íbamos al hotel a dormir.

Bueno, era la primera vez que íbamos a Londres y ya nos habían advertido de las características en general de sus hoteles, así que se puede decir que no nos defraudó y sólo buscábamos algo donde dormir y poder descansar. La habitación pequeña y algo ruidosa, y el "baño" minúsculo. El desayuno poco variado y para tomar en la habitación. Aconsejaría el hotel si el objetivo es visitar Londres y no ir al hotel más que para dormir.

A localização do hotel e excelente, o quarto e bastante limpo.

Os quartos são muito pequenos.

Knus en schoon hotel en op 1 minuut loopafstand van het centrum-Oxfordstreet. Douche was heerlijk en ontbijt was ook prima.

Je moet niet uitgaan van een luxe resort. Het is een goed hotel voor het geld dat je betaalt en erg dicht bij het centrum. De hotelkamer is niet groot. Het bed was een beetje hard en de douche een beetje klein, maar dat vonden wij niets uitmaken. Het was schoon, iedere dag verse schone handdoeken en prullenbakjes geleegd.
